"Ms. Agnes." Celestia says as she sees her witch mentor in front of her.
"Celestia." Ms. Agnes says. "Long time no see."
"Oh yes." Celestia says. "Are you here because of the witch problem?"
"Gallifrey 13 is here. I'm here to help you stop them from destroying this planet and moving to Gallifrey." Ms. Agnes explains.
"Why don't you stop them, then?" Celestia asks. "You're more powerful than me."
"My dear child." Ms. Agnes begins. "I'm already too old. I don't think I'm as strong as I used to be."
"Well I wouldn't say I'm young either." Celestia says.
"No but you're still powerful." Ms. Agnes says. "Come on then." She urges Celestia. "Let's do something before it's too late."
"Alright." Celestia says as she takes one last look and runs off.
"Alright, what now?" Celestia asks once they stand in front of the trees that Ms. Agnes told her about. They see Gallifrey 13 standing in front of them, looking at them in question.
"Dig deep." Ms. Agnes says. "It isn't just power, it's rage." She explains. "It's the desire to change the world and the will to do it." She says. "Command the Gallifrey 13." She urges her.
"I order the Gallifrey 13 to stop!" Celestia shouts.
"Who are you to order us?" The witch, who looks like their leader, says.
"Go in peace or I'm gonna have to make you go by force." Celestia says, getting angry.
"I'm afraid we're gonna have to decline." The witch says again. "We refuse to be hunged again."
"Not hunged." Celestia says. "Burned."
"Burn us?" The witch laughs at her. "We are not of this earth. No earthly fire can burn us."
"Luckily, I'm not of this earth either." Celestia grins. "And I wasn't talking about earthly fire." She shakes her head. "Gallifreyan fire."
"None but the most powerful can summon it." The witch says. "In the history of witches only three have succeded."
"Well it's about to be four!" Celestia shouts just when The Doctor and Charley comes to her side.
"What's happening?" The Doctor asks to Ms. Agnes.
"You have to see it with your own eyes." She says simply.
"I, Celestia, daughter of Magneto, child of Rassilon, call forth fire from Gallifrey!" Celestia shouts, her voice echoes. The witches' hand starts to catch fire. "Black fire, dark smoke, I call out you." Celestia says, then the witches' bodies start to catch fire as well. "So that you may show your powers." The witches start to scream. "Come to this place, desired flames." She continues to chant. "Under this sky, consume this tree. Show your light and darkness." She says as the flames grow stronger. "I summon your powers to consume. Consume this tree and all of its inhabitants!" She finishes off, watching the witches burn.
"What have you done?" The Doctor asks in surprise. He never expected her to act in this way. He understood her though.
"Sweetheart, if I didn't do this, they were going to kill you and Charley and all the people from this planet. I couldn't let that happen." Celestia says as she starts crying.
