"And then she came to attack my brother but I was way quicker than she was. So I stopped her before she could do something." Celestia tells The Doctor and Charley about one of her adventures with The Protector to stop Reagan. Her head is in The Doctor's chest as he plays with her hair, listening to her.

"Well that sounds like a tiring adventure." Charley says.

"Oh it was." Celestia agrees. "But that had to be done because we couldn't allow her to take my brother's place."

"She was always jealous of you two." The Doctor remarks.

"And we didn't even do anything to her." Celestia says.

"You being the children of someone like Magneto is enough for her, I guess." The Doctor says.

"Magneto is your father, right?" Charley asks the Time Lady.

"Well he's not exactly a father figure." Celestia says. "But yes he is."

"What do you mean?" Charley asks.

"He wasn't there for me and The Protector when we were growing up. He was only interested in us when he thought we could be sorcerer supremes." Celestia explains. "Even then he didn't show much support to The Protector while he was training. I guess he cares more about his little club than he cares for us."

"What little club?" Charley frowns.

"Brotherhood of mutants." Celestia mutters.

"Mutants?" Charley asks.

"Not every Time Lord has powers like Celestia and The Protector." The Doctor explains.

"Those who do have are called mutants by the rest of the Time Lords." Celestia explains. "Although I'm pretty sure some of the humans are mutants too."

"There are humans with powers?" Charley questions again. Today is full of surprises for her.

"We encountered them once or twice." The Doctor says.

"Yeah they're nice people." Celestia says. "They are not as strong as the Time Lord mutants though."

"Well no human mutant can win against you nor The Protector, especially when the two of you combine your powers." The Doctor says.

"Well there's that." Celestia grins as she snuggles to the Doctor's side.

"What does this brotherhood do?" Charley questions.

"It started as a way to help mutants from all over Gallifrey. My brother and I were part of them too." Celestia says. "That's until, of course, they decided to prove everyone that they are superior. They did some evil things that forced us to leave them."

"I see." Charley mutters.

"I feel bad though." Celestia says.

"Why is that?" The Doctor asks.

"I helped them." Celestia sighs.

"Yes but you didn't know your father's true motives." The Doctor says.

"I still did it." Celestia says. "That's why I'm on my way to redemption."

"You've already managed to do that." The Doctor says.

"I'm not so sure." Celestia mutters. The Doctor was about to say something more but stopped when he heard a woman's voice that definitely didn't belong to Celestia nor Charley.

"Doctor, Celestia!" The woman exclaims. "Thank you so much for taking me to this place." She says, happily. "We should come here more often."

"Doctor, Celestia, who is that?" Charley asks them but they don't look like they recognize the voice.
