Vampires

Heeseung's POV

I exchanged a look with Jungwon after y/n said he looked like a vampire. If she only knew.

"Heeseung hyung, where are the others?"
Jungwon suddenly asked me. "They must be around. I'll go look for them." I answered him and stood up, eyeing y/n once again before leaving to find the others.

She gave me an uneasy feeling even tho she was really nice.

I decided to search for Jay first but it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. I was being pushed by people dancing in the hallway and couldn't really see anything in such a crowded place.

I stopped at a column and leaned on it with my back as I got tired trying to find my way through the crowd of people. There was an easier way to find Jay but would he be able to hear me through this loud atmosphere?
There was only one way to find out.

I looked around, ensuring myself that no one was paying attention to me. Then, I slowly raised my finger and touched the middle of my forehead with it, closing my eyes.

"Jay. Can you hear me?"

Silence.

"Jay? Answer me!"

Still no answer.

Telepathy wouldn't work either, I thought. Just then I heard a small voice echoing through my mind.

"Heeseung hyung? Where are you?"

Relieved to finally get a connection to him, I answered.

"The living room, first door at the column."
I waited for an answer but it was silent again.
I was worried if he got the message but then I saw him, making his way towards me.

I was greeted by his mischievous smile, taking a lollipop out of his mouth.

"What do you want, hyung."

"Jungwon's waiting."

"Where's Sunno?" I asked and Jay pointed at the door behind him.

"Coming. I told him that you contacted me."

Y/n POV

"Do you like vampires, y/n?" Niki suddenly asked me and I looked at him in confusion. I've never been asked this question so I wasn't sure what to answer.
"I...I guess. They are pretty cool." I said, not sounding really convincing.
Niki smiled at my answer.

Helplessly, I looked at Jungwon but he was busy giving Niki an angry look, which confused me even more. Something was definitely going on.

"You must be y/n" a voice behind me called out my name and I turned around to face that person.

It was a cute, innocent looking boy with platinum blonde hair and puffed cheeks. But his eyes gave off another look...a dangerous one.
One shouldn't be fooled by his presence.

He seemed younger than me. "Yeah, I am."
I said and his lips curled up into a small smile.

"Jungwon told me about you. I'm Sunoo." he said and I blushed. Jungwon talked about me? We just met each other but why did I feel a connection to Jungwon already?

"Nice to meet you, Sunoo." I smiled back at him. Just then Heeseung joined us with another boy.

"Found him. He got lost in the crowd, as always"

"I'm Jay." the boy said, ignoring what Heeseung just said.

"I'm y/n."

"You've already been introduced to us."
I gave Jungwon an "oh really" look, raising my eyebrows at him.

"I guess Jungwon really talked a lot about me then, huh?" the others chuckled.

"So, you guys just want to stand here doing nothing or shall we do what you normally do at parties?" Sunghoon gave us a judging look.

He sighed at our confused faces.

"Y'all haven't been to a real party, huh. How lame. Let's go have some fun."

he grabbed mine and Jake's hand, the other guy I've remembered the name of again, and took us out on the dance floor.

We had fun to be honest. This was the first party I really liked and that means something coming from me. I've danced with Sunghoon, drank a few shots with Heeseung and Jake and talked a lot with Sunno, which was quite a challenge considering the loud music.

Niki didn't leave my side once, literally clinging on me. It was cute tho. I already developed some sort of older sister feelings towards him.

Jungwon and Jay tho, seemed to be somewhere else with their thoughts as they've made their way to the back of the room.
I glanced at them a few times, asking myself if something was wrong but I shrugged it off.

Still, a thought lingered in my mind.
"Was this a normal birthday party?"

My question could have been answered easily with a no. But then again, it could've just been my imagination.

Or was he really a...vampire?
