(Kat p.o.v)

Due to Deans condition Sam drove Baby down the rutted gravel road towards the large white circus tent that was set up in the field across from a house, as I sat between them in the front. I looked to see people make their way towards the tent across the muddy ground from the rain, and many of them were either being helped by someone or were on walking frames.
'Deans not gonna like this.'
We soon parked and Sam rushed out and went to Deans side of the car, and I saw he looked annoyed.
'This isn't good.'
He opened his door and looked around making us both see the sign next to the tent.
'The Church of Roy LeGrange. Faith Healer. Witness The Miracle.... Wow.'
Dean began to pull himself out of the car making Sam try to help, since Dean was grimacing.
"I got ya." He told making Dean angry.
"I got it." He told pushing Sam away.
I quickly got out of the car so Sam could shut the door behind me, before we began to make our way to go into the tent. I wrapped my arms around one of Deans, making him pull it out to wrap around my shoulders instead.
'At least he's not too mad to do this.'
"Man, you are a lying bastard. Thought you said we were going to see a Doctor." Dean told.
"He didn't say doctor." I stated making Sam speak.
"I believe I said a specialist. Look, Dean, this guy's supposed to be the real deal."
"I can't believe you brought me here to see some guy who heals people out of a tent." He told as an elderly woman, holding an umbrella passes by.
"Reverend LeGrange is a great man." She told
"Yeah, that's nice." He told back.
"Please be a bit more quiet Dean. I know your mad but I would rather not start a fight here." I stated as we walked past an angry man protesting to a cop.
"I have a right to protest. This man is a fraud. And he's milking all these people out of their hard-earned money."
"Sir, this is a place of worship. Let's go. Move it." The cop told making them walk away.
"I take it he's not part of the flock." Dean joked making me chuckle a little bit, causing a small smile to form on his face quickly.
"But when people see something they can't explain, there's controversy." Sam explained.
"I mean, come on, Sam, a faith healer?" He asked
"Maybe it's time to have a little faith, Dean."
"Do we need to sprinkle some pixie dust as well?" I asked since I was also slightly with Dean on this type of things.
"You know what I've got faith in? Reality. Knowing what's really going on." Dean told
"How can you be a skeptic? With the things we see everyday?"
"Exactly. We see them, we know there real."
'This is going to bite us in the ass. I want to believe but.... I also know these things are just scams for people in need.'
"But if you know evil's out there, how can you not believe good's out there, too?" Sam questioned.
"Because I've seen what evil does to good people." He told before a young woman spoke to us.
"Maybe God works in mysterious ways." She told causing Dean to start checking her out as a smile grew on his face.
"Maybe he does. I think you just turned me around on the subject."
"Yeah, I'm sure."
"I'm Dean. This is Sam and our good friend Katie, but we call her Kat." He told holding out his hand for her, making her do so.
"Layla. So, if you're not a believer, then why are you here?"
"Well, apparently my brother here believes enough for the three of us." He stated before an older woman who shared some resemblance with her, put an arm around her.
"Come on, Layla. It's about to start."
Layla as we found out her name was, smiled at us before moving inside the tent and out of the rain. And I noticed Dean was still looking after her, causing me to shake my head.
"Well, I bet you she can work in some mysterious ways." He told making me give him a slight elbow as we walked in. "Don't worry Kat. Your still my number one girl."
"Better be. Especially after the Scooby-Doo marathon."
"No one can replace you, Princess."

The tent was full of people finding seats, with a small stage housing a lecturn with candles placed on it.
"Yeah, peace, love, and trust all over." Dean told as he looked around and tilt his head towards the corner.
We both followed his gaze to see a security camera.
'Of course.'
Dean went to take a seat only for Sam to put an arm around him, and began to move Dean towards the from making Dean quickly grab my hand so he didn't lose me.
"Come on." Sam told
"Don't! What are you doing? Let's sit here." He told.
"We're sitting up front."
"Sitting doesn't determine who gets helped or not Sam." I stated only for it to be unheard due to some of the noises being made from the crowd.
"What? Why?"
"Come on." He told as he continued to move us through the aisle.
"Oh, come on, Sam." He growled.
"You alright?"
"This is ridiculous." He told slapping Sam's hand away. "I'm good, dude, get off me."
Sam let go before pointing towards three empty seats behind Layla and the older lady I assume to be her mother.
"Perfect." Sam told
"Yeah, perfect." Dean sarcastically told making me chuckle as Sam moved in first.
"Kat you sit in the middle. You take the aisle." Sam told making me do so, as Sam tried to help Dean sit only for Dean to raise a hand irritably towards him.
On the stage a blind man wearing sunglasses was being helped to the lecture by a woman.
'Must be Roy.'
"Each morning, my wife, Sue Ann, reads me the news. Never seems good, does it?" He spoke making the crowd agree with him. "Seems like there's always someone committing some immoral, unspeakable act."
I noticed that the table onstage was filled with some religious items, especially one of an old wooden cross topped by a smaller cross in a circle.
'Strange.'
"You notice the cross?" Sam quietly asked me making me nod.
"Strange." I told in the same volume making him nod.
'Why is it familiar to me though?'
"But, I say to you, God is watching." Roy continued.
"Yes he is." The crowd murmured.
"God rewards the good, and He punishes the corrupt." He told as the crowd nodded, cheered and murmured with the whole thing. "It is the Lord who does the healing here friends. The Lord who guides me in choosing who to heal by helping me see into people's hearts."
"Yeah, and into their wallets." Dean quietly told us.
"You think so, young man?" Roy asked making the crowd immediately fall silent.
'Oh he heard that.'
"Sorry." He told making Roy smile.
"No, no. Don't be. Just watch what you say around a blind man, we've got real sharp ears." He told making the crowd laugh. "What's your name, son?"
"Dean." He told after clearing his throat.
"Dean." He spoke giving a nod to himself "I want-I want you to come up here with me."
The crowd began to clap minus Layla and her mother. Sue Ann I believed moved to the centre of the stage smiling towards Dean, only for him to shake his head.
"No, it's ok."
"What are you doing?!" Sam whispered.
"You've come here to be healed, haven't cha?" Roy asked and I could tell Dean was hesitant about speaking.
"Well, yeah, but ahh..." he began making the crowd clap and encourage Dean to go up and be healed. "... maybe you should just pick someone else."
I took Deans hand making him look towards me and saw the pleading look I held to see his features changed to a more soften look, as the crowd continued clapping loudly.
"Oh, no. I didn't pick you, Dean, the Lord did." He spoke making the crowd become more excited.
"That's right! Yeah! Come on!" The crowd cheered.
"Get up there!" Sam excitedly told.
Dean reluctantly rose up from his seat and moved towards the stage, handing Sue Ann move to assist Dean and have him stand next to Roy.
"You ready?" Roy asked making Dean say something back though I couldn't hear it due to the noise the crowd made, but Roy couldn't help but smile and told something back before turning to the crowd. "Pray with me, friends."
Everyone in the crowd lift their arms up into the air and join hands with one another. Roy lift his hand to the air, before placing one on Dean's shoulder and one on the side of his head.
"Alright now. Alright now." Roy spoke.
We watched closely and it seemed like Deans eyes had a glaze over them, as his knees began to shake a bit making him fall to his knees but Roy kept a hand on his head through the whole thing.
"Alright, now."
Dean wobbled a bit before his eyes fell back and he falls onto the stage floor making me and Sam rush to him.
"Dean!" We both exclaimed as the crowd clapped excitedly.
Sam grabbed the front of Deans hood as I took his hand in mine. His eyes burst opened and he gasped like he hadn't been breathing.
"Say Something!" Sam told only for Dean to blink groggily and looked towards Roy. I followed his gaze to see Roy was standing above him, hands out from his sides with his palms up looking happy. But beside and slightly behind him was a tall man in a black suit with white hair, extremely white and wrinkled skin coming into focus. He stared at Dean before turning away and vanishing like he was never there. I looked towards Dean to see he also saw the same thing and was shocked at it.
'What the fuck was that?'
