(Kat p.o.v)
I was sitting next to Dean on the bed as we were surrounded by weapons since he was teaching me how to clean them.
"So I understand why it's important to clean the knifes, the blood would make them rust. My father taught me that when I was a kid. But why clean guns?"
"Because if you don't they could be damaged but buildup, can cause corrosion as well as rust. Making sure they are clean helps all the moving parts keep working, and stop it from jamming up. Which would be bad for the job we do." He explained making me nod.
"Got it."
"So what's you dad like?"
"Tough as nails but also a giant teddy bear." I told.
"Maybe we'll get to meet one day."
"Maybe. Think you'd die though, for I am his little girl."
"I'll keep that in mind." He told making us smile before Dean entered.
"What do you have?" We both asked.
"A whole lotta nothing. Nothing bad has happened in the Miller house since it was built." He told with an annoyed tone.
"What about the land?" Dean asked as Sam walked over to his bed.
"No grave yards, battle fields, tribal lands or any other kind of atrocity on or near the property."
"Strange." I told confused on the whole thing.
"Hey man I told you, I searched that house up and down. No cold spots, sulfer scent. Nada."
"And the family said everything was normal?" He asked making us nod.
"Well, if there was a demon or poltergiest in there you think somebody would have noticed something? I used the infer-red thermal scanner man, and there was nothing." Dean explained as he showed me how to put the gun back together.
"So what, you think Jim Miller killed himself and my dream was just some sorta freakish coincidence?" Sam asked.
"I dunno. I'm pretty sure there's nothing supernatural about that house." He told as Sam began to rub his temples and I thought back to what I saw glimpses of back at the house.
'That doesn't explain the fear and screams I saw when I touch her hand.'
"Yeah. Well, maybe it has nothing to do with the house." Sam told with a deep breath as he began to hold his head.
'That doesn't look good.'
"Maybe it's just...Gosh" he tried to tell before holding his head to his forehead. "... maybe it's connected to Jim in some other way?"
"What's wrong with you?" Dean asked as we both became worried as he fell to the floor.
"Ahh. My head." He told making us leave the bed and rush to his side.
"Sam? Hey, Hey! What's going on? Talk to me." Dean told as we fell to the floor and he grabbed ahold of Sam's shoulders.
I grabbed ahold of the side of his head to try and make sure he was alright and didn't hit his head on anything, when my vision blurred till I saw the inside of some house. I looked around the place before I saw Roger enter what looked to be his kitchen, with a bag of groceries. He noticed the window was opened, making him close and lock it. He began to unpack his groceries, while the lock slowly moved by itself till the window could close open again. When he saw the window was opened again, he became confused. He tried to close it but it wouldn't move an inch. He leaned out it the window and twist his body around so he could look up at the top of it. As he was looking, the window slammed shut on him, decapitating him. His blood gushed up over the window before I snapped back to the motel room and I fell back slightly to see Sam was also focusing back on Dean.
"It's happening again. Something's gunna k!ll Roger Miller." Sam told not knowing.
"We should hurry." I added.Dean was driving as fast as he could towards Rogers place while me and Sam held our heads, and Sam was also speaking slowly into his phone.
"Roger Miller. Ah no no, just the address please. Ok, thanks" He told into the phone.
'Why did I see that?'
"450 West Grove, Apartment 1120." Sam told
"You ok?" Dean asked.
"Yeah." We both told.
"If you're gunna hurl I'll pull the car over you know, cause the upholstery..." Dean told only for Sam to cut him off.
"I'm fine."
"All right." He told and I gave his arm a poke so he knew to put his arm over my shoulders.
"Just drive." Sam told.
After a few moments I could see Sam looked towards Dean and gave a sigh before looking away.
"Dean I'm scared man. These nightmares weren't bad enough, now I'm seeing things when I'm awake? And these, visions, or whatever, they're getting more intense. And painful." He told.
"Come on man, you'll be all right. It'll be fine. I mean Kat's eye sometimes fog over in white and we have no idea what's going on with her."
"Wish we did." I admitted making Dean pull me closer for a side hug.
"What is it about the Millers. Why am I connected to them, why am I watching them die? Why the hell is this happening to me?" Sam questioned.
"I don't know Sam but we'll figure it out. We've faced the unexplainable every day. This is just another thing." Dean stated.
"No. It's never been us. It's never been in the family like this. Tell the truth, you can't tell me this doesn't freak you out." He told causing Dean to stare straight ahead for a long moment before he spoke.
"This doesnt freak me out." He told making Sam stare at him before turning away.
Sam stares at him, then turns away.We pulled up as Roger was approaching the entrance of his place with a bag of groceries, and Sam stuck his head out of the window.
"Hey Roger." Sam called.
"What are you guys, missionaries? Leave me alone."
"Please!" Sam called but he kept walking.
Dean gunned the engine, making him jump the curb as he hurriedly parked. We quickly got out and went running after him.
"Hey. Roger. We're trying to help!" Sam exclaimed as we rushed to catch him before he went into the apartment. "Please! Hey, hey hey hey hey."
Sam ran up to the entrance but Roger just managed to close the door behind him so Sam couldn't get in. "I don't want your help." He told before walking away.
"We're not priests, you gotta listen to us!" Sam shouted.
"Roger, you're in danger!" Me and Dean exclaimed before Dean looked around.
"Come on. Come on come on." Dean told making us run around the corner to a back entrance,
Sadly Is was also locked, making Dean quickly look around before kicking it open. We jumped to the first level of the fire escape before running up the stairs. We were just one floor away from Roger's house, we heard the window slide down and a wet squelching noise was heard. Sam froze to his spot making Dean sprint past him and grab ahold of the railing as I caught up behind him and covered my mouth at the scene. His head was lying in the flower bed that was under the window, with his blood all over the kitchen window. Sam joined up with us and we all just stared at the scene. After a few moments, Dean pulled a few material bits out of his pocket, throwing one to me and Sam and began to wipe down the railing.
"Start wiping down your fingerprints, we don't want the cops to know we were here. Come on, come on!" Dean told making us nod and quickly get to work.
'I can't believe we couldn't save him.'
"I'm gunna take a look inside." Dean told as he used the rag he had to push up the window that lead out into the fire escape.
We continued to wipe down the metal railing as Dean investigated inside."I'm telling you there was nothing in there. No signs either, just like the Miller's house." Dean explained as I held onto his arm and we walked back to Baby.
"I saw something, in the vision. Like a dark shape. Something was...something was stalking Roger." Sam told,
"Whatever it was, are you sure it's not connected to their house?" Dean asked.
"No, it's connected to the family themselves. So what do you think, like a vengeful spirit?" He asked.
"Well yeah, there's a few that have been known to latch onto families, follow them for years."
"Angiak. Banshees." Sam named.
"That's fun." I sarcastically told.
"Basically like a curse. So maybe Roger and Jim Miller got involved in something heavy, something curse worthy." Dean suggested.
"And now the something is out for revenge. And the men in their family are dying."
"Sometimes being a female is the best. This is one of them."
"Hey you think Max is in Danger?" Sam asked.
"It's a chance." I stated.
"Let's figure it our before he is." Dean told.
"Well, I know one thing I have in common with these people."
"What's that?" We both asked.
"Both our families are cursed." He told making Dean let out a huff.
"Our family's not cursed! We just...had our dark spots."
"Our dark spots are...pretty dark." Sam stated.
"You're...dark."
"You're face is dark." I joked making Dean turn to me.
"Your mother is dark." He told.
"Your future is dark."
"Ok you win."
"Yes!"
