We were back in our outfits as we were at the Millet house again to make sure Max was safe. He lead us into his house and we hadn't seen his mother.
"My Mom's resting, she's pretty wrecked." Max told.
"Of course." Dean told.
"Anyone would after what's happened in your family." I added.
"All these people kept coming with like, casseroles? I finally had to tell them all to go away. You know cause nothing says I'm sorry like a tuna casserole." He told making me and Sam smile towards him, which caused him to smile back,
He gestured to the lounge and we all took a seat. We had a moment of silence before Sam sighed and he started to speak.
"How you holding up?" He softly asked.
"Ok."
"You're dad and your uncle were close."
"Yeah I guess. I mean, they were brothers. They used to hang out all the time when I was little." He confessed.
"But not lately much?" Sam asked.
"No, it's not that. It's just...we used to be neighbours when I was a kid, and we lived across town in this house. Uncle Roger lived next door, so he was over all the time." He explained.
'That's strange.'
"Right. So how was it in that house when you were a kid?" Sam asked.
"It was fine. Why?"
"We just want to make sure it was a safe space for a young growing mind." I explained as I gave a caring smile.
"All good memories? Do you remember anything unusual? Something involving your father and your uncle maybe?" Dean asked making him shake his head.
"What do ya...why do you ask?"
"Just a question." Me and Dean told as one.
"No, there was nothing. We were totally normal. Happy." He told though I could sense there was no truth to it.
'He's beginning to make me feel uneasy. But I can't grab ahold of Dean at the moment and have to wait.'
"Good. That's good. Well you must be exhausted. We should take off." Dean told making me glad to hear that.
"Right." Sam told before turning his attention to Max. "Thanks."
"Thank you." I added.
"Yeah."

Once I felt he was no longer watching us, I grabbed ahold of Deans arm as we made our way back to Baby and stood next to her before speaking.
"No one's family is totally normal and happy. See when he was talking about his old house?" Dean asked.
"He sounded scared." Sam told.
"Yeah Max isn't telling us everything. I say we go find the old neighbourhood, find out what life was really like for the Millers."
"I've got a bad feeling about Max." I added.
"Come on, we are gonna work this out." Dean told before opening the door to let me in first.

We were standing on the footpath, talking to a man who was doing some gardening in his front yard.
"Have you lived in the neighbourhood very long?" Sam asked.
"Yeah, almost 20 years now. It's nice and quiet. Why, you looking to buy?" He asked.
"No, no, actually, we were wondering if you might recall a family that used to live right across the street I believe." Sam told.
"Yeah the Millers. They had a little boy called Max." Dean told.
"Right." Me and Sam agreed as one.
"I remember. The brother had the place next door. So uh, what's this about, is that poor kid ok?" He asked making me tilt my head to the side a bit.
"What do you mean?" Sam asked
"Did something bad happen?" I added as I had a bad gut feeling about everything.
"Well in my life I've never seen a child treated like that. I mean I'd hear Mr Miller yelling and throwing things clear across the street, he was a mean drunk. He used to beat the tar outta Max. Bruises. Broke his arm two times that I know of." He told making me put a hand to my mouth in shock and Dean wrapped his arm over my shoulders.
"This was going on regularly?" Sam asked.
"Practically every day. In fact that thug brother of his was just as likely to take a swing at the boy but the worst part was the stepmother. She'd just stand there, checked out, not lifting a finger to protect him. I must have called the police seven or eight times. Never did any good." He explained.
"Now you said step-mother." Dean pointed out making him give a nod.
"I think his real mother died. Some sorta...accident. Car accident I think." He told before I felt a sharp pain in my head, making me turn to look at Sam to see he was also grimacing and holding a hand to his head. "Are you ok there?"
"Uh, yeah." Sam told wincing, making me and Dean rush to help him get to the car.
"Thanks for your time." Me and Dean told.
"Yeah, thank you." Sam told as he brought his hand to his head and we began to support him as his legs began to give out. "God."
Something had flicked on when he looked up and my vision began to flicker. I kept hold of Sam but also grabbed my head before I was suddenly in the Miller's kitchen.

I looked to see Ms Miller was chopping some vegetables with a large knife. She stopped chopping them and laid the knife down before she began to speak.
"I don't know what you mean by that. You know I never did anything!" She stated making me look to where she was looking to see Max with tears running down his face.
"That's right. You didn't do anything." He told.
The knife on the chopping board began to rattle as he moved closer to her.
"You didn't stop them, not once." He told before the knife lift into the air, causing Ms. Miller yo back up against the wall behind her.
"How did you..." she began to question only for it to get cut off when the knife moved forward to hold her against the wall. "Max! please!"
The knife twists in front of her face, coming close enough to her eyeball to pierce the tear there so it runs down her cheek. She gasps, and Max began to speak with tears in his voice.
"For everytime you stood there and watched. Pretending it wasn't happening."
"I'm sorry." She told as tears fell down her face.
"No you're not. you just don't wanna die." He told.
Ms. Miller gasps and cries, before the knife slices right through her eye and out the back of her head.

Once I saw the knife go through her head I let go of Sam to cover my mouth from shock making Dean hold me as he made sure Sam was ok.
'Why am I seeing these thing?! I want to know what's going on with me.'
