"So you think Meg is a demon?" Sam asked as we all stood around the motel, but I was hugging Dean since I was still recovering from Caleb's death.
"Either that, or she's possessed by one. It doesn't really matter." John pointed out.
"What do we do?" Dean asked as he rubbed my back.
"I'm going to Lincoln."
"What?" Dean questioned from what their father told.
"It doesn't look lilke we have a choice. If I don't go, a lot of people die, our friends die."
"Dad, the demon is coming tonight. For Monica and her family. That gun is all we got, you can't just hand it over." Sam pointed out.
"Who said anything about handing it over. Look, besides us and a coupla of vampires no ones really seen the gun, no one knows what it looks like." John stated.
"So what, you're just going to pick up a ringer at a pawn shop?"
"Antique store." He corrected to his eldest son.
"You're going to hand Meg a fake gun and hope she doesn't notice?"
"Look, as long as it's close, she shouldn't be able to tell the difference."
"Yeah but for how long? What happens when she figures it out?" Dean questioned.
"I just...I just need to buy a few hours, that's all." John informed making Sam speak.
"You mean for Kat, Dean and me. You want us to stay here, and kill this demon by ourselves?"
"No Sam. I want to stop losing people we love. I want you to go to school, I want Dean to have a home. Not fully sure what Kat wants, but I want her to have it. I want...I want Mary alive. It's just...I just want this to be over." Their father admitted with pain in his voice, showing us how serious he was over this.

I was sitting next to Dean in Baby as we drove towards where John and Sam were on the muddy back road. When Dean stopped Baby, we both got out and headed towards John and Sam.
"You get it?" John asked making Dean pull the brown paper bag from his pocket and handed it to John, and John pulled out the antique gun we got.
"You know this is a trap don't you. That's why Meg wants you to come alone?" Dean asked making their father nod.
"I can handle her. I got a whole arsenal loaded. Holy water, Mandaic, amulets..."
"Dad..." Dean spoke, stopping their fathers rambles.
"What?"
"Promise me something."
"What's that?"
"This thing goes south just...get the hell out. Don't get yourself kill all right, you're no good to us dead." Dean stated making him give a small nod.
"Same goes for you." He told before silence fell around us for a minute or two. "All right listen to me. They made the bullets special for this colt. There's only four of them left. Without them this gun is useless. You make every shot count."
"Yes sir." Sam told.
"Been waiting a long time for this fight. Now it's here I'm not gonna be in it. It's up to you boys and girl now. It's your fight, you finish this. You finish what I started. Understand?" He asked making us nod as he gave Dean the Colt.
"We'll see you soon Dad." Sam told and I gave a small smile.
"I'll see you later." He told us before he went and got into his truck and drove away.
We stayed standing and watched him pull away not daring to move a muscle yet.
"Later." Dean quietly told.
'I can already sense something is going to go wrong tonight.'
