To uni they go

(Dean p.o.v)

I walked into the motel room of the week and saw Sam tapping away at his laptop.
"Anything new?" I asked as I sat down on the bed to relax.
"Uh yeah actually. A girl was murdered in her dorm room from a university up north."
"So your thinking a monster did it."
"Well her room was locked the whole night till her roommate came back."
"Alright. Let's go and see what we can find." I told getting up from my spot and collecting my things.
'Hopefully this is a quick case so we can get back to finding dad.'

I was driving to the university when I broke the silence between us.
"So what's the girls name?"
"Her name was Maria Stenford. It says here she was learning bio-chemistry." He told as he looked over her information.
"What the hell is bio-chemistry?" I asked
"Basically it's the branch of science that explores the chemical process within and related to living organisms." He explained.
"You just know that?"
"Not really. I just read what was in the file since her roommate explained it."
"Her roommate?"
"Yeah. She was discovered by her university roommate Katie Miller, who was the one who gave them all of the information they could possibly need for Maria."
"Katie Miller? Hm."
"What?" Sam asked
"Nothing. Her name just sounds weird.... like her name shouldn't be Katie."
"Right cause you would know." He joked.
"Bitch."
"Jerk."
'This may be an odd case.'
