Ok is not the word I'd use.

I was driving through Burkitsville, Indiana and we had just been in silence since Sam left us.
"You know you don't need to be silent with me Kat." I stated only to get to get no response from her.
I pulled over to the side of the road so I could talk things out with her, only to learn she was fast asleep.
'Turns out she was sleeping the whole time. God I'm an idiot.'
I pulled my phone out of my pocket and go through my contacts till I reach Sam's.
'I could call him.... No. He wanted to leave and not do this case. So me and Kat are going to do the case... shit!'
I quietly got out of the car and called the only person I could at the time.
"Well well well, look who's calling. A mister Dean Winchester."
"Hey Ash."
"So are you in my neck of the woods or something? Cause that's usually why you reach out to me."
"Na not this time. Unless your in Burkitsville, Indiana."
"My my my, you've traveled a long way. Sadly I am not. So what ya need?"
"I was curious if your still a PI."
"Ooooo, hate to say this. I'm not anymore. I work at the Jeffersonian now."
"You at the Jeffersonian?"
"You better believe it. So why do you need my services?"
"Doesn't matter anymore."
"Come on Dean. I may be able to pull some strings or something."
"Just needed someone found and looked after."
"They important?"
"Very. Their family."
"So you do have a soft spot. Can not believe it. I'll see what I can do for ya."
"Your a life saver Ash."
"I would hope so. Talk later hot stuff."
"Talk later." I told before she hung up.
'At least she's going to try for me. Time to get onto the case.'
I jumped back into Baby and finished driving the rest of the way which wasn't that far.

I was walking towards Scotty's Café when I saw someone sitting on the porch, making me head towards him.
'I do hope Kat stays in the car... and that she is safe. I should have just woken her up, but she looked peaceful asleep.'
"Let me guess." I told pointing to the sign and then him. "Scotty."
He looked at the sign before looking back at me.
"Yep."
"Hi, my name's John Bonham."
"Isn't that the drummer for Led Zeppelin?" He asked shocking me a bit.
"Wow. Good. Classic rock fan."
'This is already bad.'
"What can I do for you, John?" He asked making me get the missing person flyers for Holly and Vince Parker before handing them to him.
"I was wondering if, uh, you'd seen these people by chance." I told as he looked over them.
"Nope. Who are they?"
"Friends of mine. They went missing about a year ago. They passed through somewhere around here, and I've already asked around Scottsburg and Salem..." I told before he cuts me off and hands the flyer back.
"Sorry. We don't get many strangers around here." He told making me nod.
"Scotty, you've got a smile that lights up a room, anybody ever tell you that?" I asked making him stare at me strangely, and that made me give a small chuckle. "Never mind. See you around."
I walked away and headed back to Baby to see Kat was rubbing her eyes. I got back into the car making her give a small smile.
"Hey."
"Mornin' sunshine."
"Are we at the town already?"
"Yeah for a bit. Didn't want to wake ya before, so I let you sleep for a bit."
"Okie. Shall we work the case?"
"We shall work the case Kat."
'I'm glad I'm not doing this alone.'
