"Do you think you can handle all of that?" Bill asked the boy who was sitting next to him on his new throne, leaning on his side.
"Well, they tried to harm us first so... I think I can. Just need to find the Pines family and kill them. Shouldn't be too hard." Pine-Tree replied, thinking out loud.
Bill laughed. The kid was getting cocky, he could tell. "So you think. Well then, I'll leave it to you." He said, picking up Pine-Tree and putting him on the ground, much to the kid's dismay.
"Wait, what? No! I don't want to start right now..." Pine-Tree whined, pulling on Bill's hand. He wanted more attention, he was just very relaxed. Which didn't happen very often anymore.
Bill rolled his eye. "Well you're going to start right now because this needs to be done right now. Those pests are annoying! You're going to get rid of them now, understand?" The demon demanded.
"But I-"
"Pine-Tree."
The boy flinched from Bill's dark tone, a bit of fear washing through him.
"Yes, Bill..." He murmured, turning around and beginning to walk off to begin his mission that will be an interesting final test to prove his loyalty and toughness.
"Get this done quick. I'll be watching you." Bill said.
When are you not watching? Pine-Tree thought, smirking to himself.
"That's a good point!" Bill exclaimed, laughing.
The boy rolled his eyes, knowing Bill just invaded his mind again. Of course it didn't bother him too much. He was used to Bill invading his thoughts.
Sometimes he'd get upset because Bill knew something that was considered private, but eventually he stopped himself from getting upset because no matter what he did, he couldn't stop the demon from doing what he wanted. It wouldn't end very well if he tried anyway.
The boy just shrugged his shoulders and walked out of the throne room and down the hall of the Fearamid.
Alright, so I just have to find out where the Pines family is, plan out how to get to them, then kill them. Pine-Tree thought to himself. I mean, this shouldn't be hard. I've already killed hundreds, even humanity's greatest leaders. How could this be hard? I mean, maybe I can get the help of-
"Hi Pine-Tree!" The bright, cheery voice of Ensley came ringing through his ears and she suddenly flew next to him.
"Oh, hi Ensley, how goes it?"
"It's going pretty fine, nothing new. What are you up to?" The fairy asked, flying in front of Pine-Tree a few times while he was walking.
The boy smiled. "I was just thinking."
"About whaaaat...?"
"About how I'm going to kill the Pines family."
Ensley seemed a bit taken aback. "Woah! I actually wasn't expecting that kind of answer. Why the sudden murderous intent?" She asked, curiously.
"Bill told me to. Besides, I've wanted to do this for a while. I just didn't want to have to do it by myself." Pine-Tree said as he walked into his room with Ensley closely flying in behind him as well.
"If it matters, I can always help! What do you need me to do?"
"Oh! Well in that case, I guess I could use some help finding them, you being able to fly should be a great help and will make things go a lot faster."
Ensley smiled brightly, flying was something she was great at!
"Sit tight I'll be right back!" She said very fast and within the blink of an eye she flew off leaving a breeze behind her.
Woah Pine-Tree thought to himself, impressed by the fairy's speed.
And just like that she flew back just as quickly as she left. "I check everywhere. They're still in Gravity Falls but they're in the Mystery Shack which is behind that barrier thing that only you can get through. So either you need to go and kill them yourself, or we need to find a way to lure them out of the barrier so that I can help you." She explained
Pine-Tree thought to himself, turning around and sitting at his desk. "I would certainly love the help, but how in The Nightmare Realm are we supposed to lure them out. From my time being there, I know Mabel and Stan wouldn't be hard to lure but that Ford man is smart, he wouldn't just exit the barrier because I'm there." He said. "There has to be more of a reason."
"Hmm, is there anything else that you observed while you were there?" Ensley asked. "Give me a run down of what happened."
~
With that he explained what happened in as much entirety as he could. It was interesting for him to relive that time of his life. It was scary but also intriguing. Seeing how humans live and function was fascinating to him.
It was very different, a real culture shock. Of course, according to Bill it was all an act to try and gain his trust and by doing that, the upper hand on him.
Though, he couldn't help but wonder how his life would have ended up if Bill didn't save him from those horrible humans. Would he have ended up like Mabel? Would he have ended up as a human science experiment and end up depressed in a life without meaning?
His life definitely would have been much worse that's for sure. Bill wouldn't be there to guide his mind in the right direction. To give him the advice and comfort and security he has now.
Those mortals are manipulative after all. Bill wouldn't manipulate him, right?
Of course he wouldn't! Bill is the greatest and most powerful demon there is! Whatever Bill says is correct! He would NEVER lie! Not to him anyway. Those mortals are evil and vicious and ruthless and cruel! They would do anything to get their way and prove a point, even kill each other.
I mean, Bill always told Pine-Tree about how wars start, countries killing the peoples of other countries trying to gain the upper hand. Sometimes people in the SAME country would fight against each other because they believe and want different things.
Not to mention sometimes Mortals will 'assassinate' others because they were angered by something the other said.
Pathetic!
Don't they realize that they're all just humans? They all are pretty much the same. In Pine-Tree and Bill's eyes it was nothing but worthless nonsense. Don't get me wrong, it was very entertaining to them but pathetic in the long run.
Good thing Bill came along to set them straight!
