We entered the house, just in time to meet the mechanic parking my car whilst we greeted him as I collected my car key, we sauntered to my room and I laid back on my bed.
"Ohh! this is the worst strolling ever!". I said.
"No its not, at least I know I loss some pounds now, and besides meeting Sadiq will not make it worst since he knows now you are never getting back with him". She said and bounced on the bed. I shifted to the edge of the bed.
(Before she falls on me and breaks me into pieces).
"A minutes strolling will not make you loose pounds layla". I said and before she response, my phone started vibrating. I took the phone but the caller ID was unknown. "Layla I don't know who is calling".
"Maybe is Sadiq, since you blocked his other number". She said. I guess she was right, so I rejected the call and blocked it. I stood to the balcony for some fresh air while she walked and stood beside me.
"Pretty". She paused looking at me. "Pretty you know life will sometimes be unfavorable, mostly because of the people we interact with but". She paused again "Do not let yourself be beaten twice, because for any snake that bite you once and you are still befriending it, will not hesitate to bite you once more".

I looked at her amazed "when did my best friend becomes a motivational speaker?". I asked laughing.
"I guess, I will likely become one, it will fit me you know". She bragged.
"Uhhg! I have to take a shower, but actually that is really motivating, thanks".
"My pleasure". She hold her hand to her chest and bowed her head. I laughed and entered the bathroom, took my bone relaxing shower, wear a simple baggy shirt with trouser and fixed my hair into a bun.
"Layla I think we should travel tomorrow, it will be better since I'm not spending more than a week there". I stated. Mostly because I wanted to get rid of seeing Sadiq of a person, and probably because I wanted to get my thoughts off anything considering him.
"Ohh yeah! That will be cool but I have to go home now, I want to see Salim before he travels and I will just come tomorrow InshaAllah". Layla said.
"Ohk! Let me drop you off before Ammi comes back". I wore my veil before she responded and took my car key. We drove to their house and met Salim driving in.
"Hi Salim". I greeted.
"How are you Ikhbal?" I responded. "and Layla I thought you won't see me off before I travel". He stated.
"That will actually be both of us since we are traveling too tomorrow". Layla said.
"Where are you traveling to?"
"Uhmm, I'm traveling to kano, you know I missed my kaka(Grandma) and pretty is traveling to her Aunt's".
"Ohh! We can travel together then, I will just board my flight in kano".
