What's up people?  Here's a much needed update to anyone who's been reading or made it this far.

Storm's POV (a small time skip btw)

It was so weird.  I was back at that weird forest.  But I still wasn't on the same side as that wolf.  Still caught up in the town on the other side.  I could still see the other wolves next to each person.  Though anyone under 16 didn't have a visible wolf, or at least one not completely visible.

I wanted to get back to the other side.  Something was telling me I had to get back to that wolf.  She was always at the cliff as well.  Even at such a distance, I could tell her purple eyes always found mine.  Her fur was starting to look like it was dirty or fading or something.  But when our eyes met, it cleared up again.  Like I had to be next to her.

Currently, I was with my brother, Jake, Hannah and four others we spent a lot of time with.  Sarah, Eva, Sam and Cameron, though he went by Cam unless someone was that mad at him.  They were still trying to help me remember anything.

Sometimes, I would get these really weird flashes.  Often when we were in the forest, or if it were just me and Jake.  They were always small things.  Recently, it's been bits of conversations.  I remembered some hair clip too.  It was a crescent moon and looked very pretty.  Maybe I could ask Jake about it another time.

But we were on a sort of hike again.  I loved walking through the forest.  It felt so familiar and welcoming.   Cam and Hannah were arguing about something playfully.  Eva and Sam were talking about some kind of training they were doing.  Sarah commented on their conversation once in a while.  While Jake and I stayed near the back a little bit.

I liked being with Jacob.  He had a calming aura to him, and it made me feel safe.  Though some of the things he did just confused me.  He didn't like when I spoke to someone named PJ.  He was Hannah's brother, and half blind.  I think Jake might be a little bit jealous of him.  We were gonna try something new to help me remember something apparently.

"I don't get it.  Why do we have to be so far out here?"  I asked, a little worried.  Jacob took a moment to answer.  "It's kind of something you did yourself."  He said in response.  I nodded.  Actually, I was wearing the necklace everyone insisted was mine.

I'd taken to touching the charm without thinking about it.  Which I guess I did often before losing my memory, becuase everyone was surprised when I did it in front of them this one time.  But the charm was so pretty.  And it still reminded me of that black and white wolf on the other side of that cliff.

I had to figure that part out.  The huge wolves following everyone around.  And when I was in that place, people would sometimes talk to their wolf.  Like the wolf was a person.  Sometimes I even saw the wolf without their person.  Like the wolf just left their side.  But something about Jake's wolf... It was like I'd seen to before.

We got to a clearing after a while longer.  Though something was already there.  A pair of yellow eyes caught my attention.  A wolf coming out of the bushes.  An actual wolf.  Why was there an actual wolf out here?!  And why did it look like everyone knew it was here except for me?!  "W-what is this?"  I asked.  Everyone exchanged glances.

The wolf walked over to where I was.  I froze for a moment.  Why did it come to me?  I bent down to the wolf slowly.  The wolf jumped up, knocking me over.  I expected to feel pain from an attack, but it never came.  The wolf instead nudging my hand lightly.

I lifted my hand a little.  The wolf rubbing their head against my palm.  Woah.  I thought, brushing the wolf's ears gently.  Something clicking.  I knew this wolf.  The wolf whined softly, licking my cheek.  I laughed a little.  "I missed you too, Luna."  I told her softly.  Which caused everyone to freeze.  I just knew they freezed, even though I wasn't looking at them.

"You remembered her name."  Eva said.  I nodded, brushing Luna's ears again.  "I guess so... She's adorable, I don't think anyone could ever really forget her completely."  I replied.  Eva looked at Jacob and Sarah with a grin.  Luna yipped softly.  I smiled softly.

Jake moved to sit next to me.  Luna licking his hand.  "How'd she get here?"  I asked, looking at everyone else there.  Sarah smiled.  "A friend brought her down here for us."  She explained.  I nodded slowly.  That just added to the lost of questions I had.  Jacob chuckled a bit.  His laugh was cute.  "Before you ask, you'll meet him again some other time."  He told me.  I nodded.  Must be someone I've forgotten but haven't met yet.

Jake's POV

Storm remembered Luna, or at least remembered her name.  Ash said Luna had been coming into the River pack's camp often.  Like she somehow knew something was wrong with Storm.  He didn't hesitate to bring her down here when Eva suggested Storm seeing her.

We stayed out with Luna for a while.  Though Sarah and the others eventually had to start heading back to keep working with the Moon lack warriors.  Link me if anything goes wrong Jacob.  Sarah warned me.  I had to remind myself not to roll my eyes since Storm would ask about it.  We were still trying to keep most mentions of shifters away from her for the time being.

Yeah, yeah, I will.  Don't get your tail in a twist.  I answered back.  Though they told Storm they had a 'meeting' to attend to.  Which she seemed to accept.  So it was just the two of us for a while now.  Some of the first few times it was just us, Storm had seemed tense.  But she seemed relaxed now.  Like how she seemed to be before losing her memories.

"So, what's next?"  She asked.  Now that was something not completely planned out.  "Don't really have anything specific planned right now.  You wanna try doing anything?"  I replied.  Storm nodded.  "I liked going out into the woods before.  Can we do that again?"  She asked.

I smiled.  "Yeah.  Let's go then."  I replied, getting up.  Luna yipped as Storm got up, following her.   Storm laughed.  Her laugh was still the same beautiful sound.  "I guess Luna's coming with us."  Storm noted.  I chuckled a bit.  "Guess so."  I agreed.
