I stayed shifted even though everyone else had shifted back to their human forms. I had followed everyone back, after letting Sarah now where my clothes and bag were at. She said that only herself and Eve will move my bag. I had glared at Cam when Sarah turned her back. I was surprised at how easily the group had accepted my coat color.

They didn't even seem surprised to know that my mom had been a white wolf. I just might be able to get used to their acceptance. I watched Sam and Cam bug each other about who's turn it was to cook. I was pretty sure the things on the grill would catch on fire before they agreed on something. I got up and walked over to my bag. I picked it up, wanting to shift. I walked a few yards away, in case Cam tried to peak. I decided to put the only other dress that I had packed on.

It was sort of silky but I wasn't sure what I was made of. The dress itself was completely white. The only other color was black. A floral pattern that made the bottom black.

Personally I didn't love that the dress was slightly lacey on the bottom but Luna Sky had given me it and unless I acknowledged that I have it, I would end up forgetting about it

Personally I didn't love that the dress was slightly lacey on the bottom but Luna Sky had given me it and unless I acknowledged that I have it, I would end up forgetting about it. I tried the dress on but decided to not put it on, not yet. Cam would probably "accidentally" spill something on it. I put the dress back and put on the white shirt with light blue jeans. After fixing my hair and necklace, I walked back to where the smell of the burgers was wafting over.

Only Cam's eye lifted as I walked back into the area. I really did not like how he kept looking at me. It was honestly like he expected me to fall at any second. I was walking barefoot until I could find the other pair of shoes I thought I had packed. Maybe I didn't pack an extra pair. I dropped my bag back into the ground. This place was starting to got boring. Sarah had told me that she called a guy she knew. He would help rebuild the house. Personally I wasn't sure how someone could rebuild a house so soon but I didn't say anything.

A few minutes later, Sam announced that the burgers were ready. Cam got up and walked to what must have been the shed. He pulled out a fold-out table. I wasn't really hungry. "Come on Storm. There's enough to go around." Sam said. I half smiled and grabbed a single burger, not bothering to put anything else on it but the bread. I stared mindlessly into the darkness of the trees until I saw a flash of movement. I stood up and, after making sure no one was watching, followed it.

The scent trail I found was familiar for two reasons. One scent seemed to be Luna's. The other...Jacobs? I kept following the trail until I found Luna. She was sitting down, facing the direction I came from, waiting. I smiled seeing her. "Hey Luna. What are you doing all the way our here? You can't be here." I said softly as I crept closer to her. Jacobs scent was incredibly strong. If he had been here, Jacob would have come out. I could only sense Luna close by. I noticed something hanging loosely around Luna's neck.

It was a small role with a rolled up paper. I took the paper and read it. Dear Storm. Don't be mad at Ash for telling me about Luna. I made him tell me after following him. He told me that she could find you anywhere. Hopefully, if your reading this right now she actually did find you. There are some people here that miss you. Another thing, your father came looking for you. Alpha Jace had to tell him he sent you away. You could have heard him scream from two miles out. Your mother was crying. Your brother just got up and left, after shifting. He hasn't come back yet. I think he went to try to find you. I'm trying to understand how to keep in touch with you. Maybe this could help. Till next time, Jacob. Love you. There was a small heart drawn at the end. I held my hand to my mouth, trying to stop the tears.

I set my hand on Luna's back. She had come so far, just to give me a note from Jacob. I stood up. I motioned for Luna to stay. I quickly walked back to the area and grabbed the, now cold, burger and my bag. After making sure nobody was watching again, I sprinted back. I gave Luna the burger to eat, which she did gladly, and pulled out the hidden notebook and pen. I wrote my note down. Jacob. I miss you. Luna did find me. The people Alpha Jace sent me to are really nice. They didn't make a big deal when they saw me after shifting. I honestly don't blame Ash for telling you. If our places were switched, I would do the same thing. Seeing you again seems too far away. I think we can keep in touch this way, as long as neither of us get caught. Not sure if this counts as a violation. If it does, we shouldn't do this every day. Maybe every other month or so? Could you tell my parents I'm fine? I don't want them to worry, even if I haven't known then very long. Thanks, Storm. Love you too. I rolled the paper up and slid it into the loop in the rope.

I patted Luna's head. "Ok, Luna. Take this back to Jacob. Please, when you come back, I'll try to give you something to eat." I patted her head and Luna turned to ran into the bushes.
