No POV

It's been a few weeks since both Storm and Jacob have seen each other.  Storm has woken up but she hasn't been able to keep ANYTHING down.  Jacob is still missing and there's been reports of a strange person is the back garden.  Little do they that it's Nightfury, Storm's half-twin brother.

Night fury isn't able to find a mate.  He can't become Alpha of his pack without a Luna. The title would pass to Storm.  Back in the small camp, Luna Katara and Alpha Adam have taken care of Jacob but he still hasn't woken up, they fear the worse for him.  They have no idea who his mate is, little do they know it's their only daughter.

Alpha Adam has been in touch with Jacobs dad, he is glad that the Moon pack can rebuild but furious, at himself, that his son may die.  Just because he hadn't sensed something.  Everyone wished for the moon goddess to help them.  Little does everyone know the truth.  A rumor has spread through the River pack that something happened to Storm.

Nobody is allowed to see her except Alpha Jace, Luna Sky, and Ash.  Two guard, who know the truth, are always posted outside of the room were Storm is.  Ever since she's woken up, Storm has felt unbearable pain and has not had anything to eat.

The doctor is trying to keep her healthy though an IV tube.  All while Storm wishes that her Jacob is Ok.

A/N: Ok guys, here's a little break from the trauma, I may or may not, have inflicted on you.  I really hope you are enjoying the story so far.  I would love to hear, well read, your feed back.  Any questions, about me or the story can be found in a page I will put up soon.  Once again I might put some info about my real name and somethings you might find interesting about myself.  Now there IS a time skip coming up so just a heads up.  NOW BACK TO THE STORY.

Storms POV

Something felt different today.  I still felt the same horrible pain in my side, but today it seemed dimmer.  Like it had finally begun to heal.  I missed my Jacob still, I could still sense him somehow.  Even though everyone was trying to make it easier for me, I could sense that they thought he might be dead.

I sat up and threw the cover off, being careful of the IV in my arm.  It rattled at the movement.  The door flew open.  The two guards that stayed by the doorway peered into the room.  I turned and looked out the window, which was slightly covered by a dark curtain that was kept closed.

I could just about hear the voice downstairs eating breath fast.  I looked at the clock, it read 8:00 in the morning.  I heard the door click close and then some muffled words.  I stayed staring out the window until I heard someone talking to me.  "Storm, do you think you're well enough to eat?"  The voice was soft and caring, it was Luna Sky.  She was off the first one to see me when I woke up.

I looked away from the window.  Luna Sky was still waiting for my answer.  I shrugged, I hardly said even a full sentence since I woke up.  Even though I'm not allowed to leave the pack house, I've heard some people start calling me a mute again.  I had always been a mute, even when I was talking.  Nothing I did changed their minds.

I let the silent tears fall.  I heard and felt Luna Sky take a few steps forward.  Somehow I would find Jacob and I would make sure he was Ok.  I didn't believe that he was dead, he couldn't be.  If he was then I wasn't that far off too.  I had been told that when someone's mate dies, their wolf gives up and that person died from the inside out.

But Sapphire hasn't given up, she did at first.  But now she wants me to go outside and find him.  Can you go look now?  She said for the fifth time.  Sapphire I told you, how could I get out?  The guards are always there.  Even when I go to use the bathroom, they would know if or when I tried to escape.  I'll have to wait for the perfect moment.  Sapphire whined.  I wanted to go look, but I couldn't.

Not until I saw the perfect time.  Every time I would leave the room, I would look for little holes or defects in the plan.  The guards would follow me and watch my every move.  But I had saw that the bathroom window wasn't guarded, nobody had bothered to guard the garden either.

If I could sneak out the window, preferably at night, then I could shift and look for Jacob.  I would have to wait a few days until I could even try to sneak out.  I knew that Alpha Jace was being bombarded with questions about me, but now I didn't care what people thought.  I wanted to find Jacob and show them that I'm not that weak little runt of the pack anymore.

I wasn't the mute weirdo that never shifted.  I was strong and I had the right to be respected.  I had shifted and now everyone knew how I looked as a wolf.  Alpha Jace had come clean about my coat, after I told him it was fine.  Now that just seems to full the flames of hate that shrouded the minds of the River Pack.

I wanted to find my mate and make sure he was Ok.  Nothing could stop me from that.  Not even an Alphas commandment would stop me, I would fight the command and run away.  If I became a rouge then I wouldn't care, at the moment.  I wanted to find Jacob.  I needed to find him.  Somehow I would.
