"Where is the King? I would like to see him," Hoseok asked Chinghae, standing outside the foreign advisor's office.
"Uh, master Jung. The King is very busy as you can imagine."
Hoseok shot him an impatient glare.
"I think, perhaps, his Majesty is in this building...right here." Chinghae pointed guiltily.
"Is he in a meeting with the foreign affairs advisor?"
"Uhm... I think, his highness is actually resting now, closing his eyes uh-"
Hoseok stepped past him with a sigh and slid the door open loudly in order to wake the King.
The surrounding guards immediately tensed up.
"Uh no, no. That's alright. Master Jung means no harm," Chinghae told them frantically.
"Injo."
The King blinked his eyes and immediately stood.
"What is it, what is it?"
"Why did you tell Yoongi? About General Dongjun?"
"He needed to know," the King reasoned.
Hoseok shook his head. "I was going to tell him. Gently. You're lucky he is strong, or else you might've just lost one of your best soldiers."
"I-"
"Why do you hate him so much? What did he ever do to you?" Hoseok asked calmly. "I get it with General Dongjun. You knew him as a child and your fathers were friends. He was like family. But why hate Yoongi?"
The King clicked his tongue and glanced around the room for an answer. "I really am not required to give you an answer. Please leave."
"Did you know Yoongi didn't have the "tainted blood" so many of you want to shun him for? Did you know his mother was once part of the Min clan here, a wealthy clan that once housed a Queen?"
The King's mouth fell open. "I- What?"
"Yes, that is correct. We met a family member of his recently. He's just been misunderstood this whole time. Yoongi never deserved anything you've given him."
