Author's Note

Hi guys! I would like to take a moment to share my thoughts about my journey in writing Return of the Groom.

ROTG is my third novel. This story took me almost seven months! Wow! Pinakamatagal na story na natapos ko. And I cannot believe that this novel is almost at its end.

It's no secret na mapanakit talaga ang stories ko, but this one was a whole new level. Maraming controversial na topic ang tinalakay ko, and I am not even sure if I did well especially in approaching those sensitive topics. I still consider myself as a rookie writer, and I am most certain that I still have a lot to improve. That is why I would like to apologize if ever some of you think this story somehow failed to discuss the topics appropriately. I am still a work in progress, so if you ever feel like there are areas to improve or correct, please let me know by sending me a message so that I can work on it.

I want to thank my readers who has been with me since I posted "Simula." Marami ang nawala at marami rin ang dumating. Pero mas marami ang nanatili. Despite all the pain this story has brought, sinamahan niyo pa rin ako. Ang iba sa inyo reader ko na since Runaway Groom era pa, kaya alam na alam niyo na kung gaano ako ka-mapanakit HAHAHA. So thank you, for motivating me to continue writing this. Without your support, I might not have finished writing Mick and Goob's story.

I also want to thank Mew and Gulf for being my inspiration. Each word I write, I only think of them. And I would like to reiterate, this story does not in anyway represent MewGulf. This was purely fictional.

For those of you who are worried about the ending, worry not. If you have read my other stories, then I think may idea na kayo as to how my stories end. I do not necessarily aim for happy endings. My goal is to deliver a "satisfying ending" to my readers, dahil ayaw ko rin namang masabi niyo na sayang ang oras na ginugol niyo sa kwento na ito. I always make sure that the endings are powerful, so Return of the Groom will not be different. As much as possible, I want all of my stories to have a place in the heart of my readers.
