Charlie lifted his head when he heard Billy's soft, padding footsteps. Simon and Eddie sat up.

"Hey Billy, whatcha comin' over for?" Eddie rapped his claws against the wall.

"Well, apparently, the Foundation's planning to interview Charlie."

Simon groaned. "Please don't tell me that either Buck or Logan is the one he'll be forced to talk to."

"No, actually. It's Mr. Moore."

"Phew. Good." Eddie leaned against the wall. "I'd hate being forced to talk to either of those boring jerks."

"Yeah. John had to get interviewed by her and he said that it wasn't so bad... but still."

"Is Molly okay?"

"From what I've heard, yeah. Her left ear got ripped off, but it's fine now. Her face got clawed though, and she's still wearing that bandage. Also, why did you call her by her first name? You just met her yesterday."

"We heard Dr. Buck refer to her by her first name," Charlie cut in quickly. "When's my interview?"

"Tomorrow."

"Alright, then. Anything else you got to say?"

"Well... yes, actually. Dr. Collingwood... remember when you gave that epic 'you suck and here's why' speech you gave to your dad?"

"Yes. Why you ask?"

"Molly told me that she heard you berate your dad. She's really busy today, so she told me to tell you that she's really thankful that you stood up for her, to your own family, no less."

Charlie smiled. "Well, tell her that I really appreciate it."

"I will."

As Billy's footsteps grew fainter and fainter, a thought filled the Execratus's head.

She hasn't changed one bit from when she first came here.
