Billy grabbed her by the arm and pulled her up. His claws - which seemed longer and sharper than normal - sliced through her bonds and the gag was ripped off her mouth.

"Are you alright?" The normal playfulness in his bright blue eyes and the rage when they had turned blood-red was gone, now replaced with worry.

"Other than a bullet through the leg, I'm fine."

"Molly, that does not count as 'fine'."

"It's as fine as I'll probably ever be in this sort of situation."

He half-dragged, half-carried her through the facility searching for a way out. The two almost crashed straight into Lawrence and Carson.

"Molly? Are you okay?" Lawrence reached out a hand.

John and Charlie's heads popped around the corner.

"Molly? Oh, thank the stars you're alright." The big 939 ran up to her. John seemed to see something and lept behind them.

"Everyone, stay back! I'll deal with- ARRRRGH!"

Two gunshots rang out in rapid succession. A Chaos Insurgency operative had been trying to sneak up behind them and been spooked by John's sudden lunge.

"John?!" Billy rushed to his friend. John snarled and shook his head. A pair of bullets fell out of his eye sockets and clattered to the floor.

The next thing the two heard was a vicious roar.
