PBLSA-SINNOH LEAGUE-FINAL 4
~Lily of The Valley Island~
The final four trainers stood in the center of the arena as their PBLSA highlights played one by one. Garrett showed the most excitement, as he graced the crowd with waves and smiles. The big screen replayed his highlight of last night's battle against Liam and Mega Absol. The analysts were indifferent about the outcome of that battle, as some of them chalked it up to a stroke of luck. While others said it was simply his Pokémon coming in clutch when Garrett needed it the most.
Isaiah felt a mixture of emotions, all of them creating a concoction of anxiety. His first battle is against someone he had always considered a friend instead of a rival and today, Isaiah would have to end Garrett's hopes of winning to continue on his path. On the other hand, depending on the winner, his next opponent could be Alisha or Brent.
He has become so close to Alisha that in the past few days Isaiah started to see her in a different light. In that time, Alisha has grown so much as a trainer, at times he wondered if she became stronger than even him. Isaiah knew he would struggle to put all those new feelings to the side and face her in a serious battle. Today could be that day he face her for the title.
Whether he wanted to admit it or not, Brent is a very strong trainer whose abilities made him doubt himself many times throughout his journey. The only person to stay as number one all year is nearly guaranteed to make it to the finals. As much as he wanted Alisha to win, realistically Brent will be the victor. Isaiah still had suspicions about Brent's involvement with Team Xûl. He shared his theory with Pearl but he wasn't convinced either. Neither Pearl nor Alisha could feel the aura Brent gave off, that same aura Isaiah felt when he first encountered Saint. He wanted their rivalry to end today.
Fireworks went off around the perimeter of the arena, signaling the start of the PBLSA. The Elite Four stood proudly on stage, waiting to congratulate the winner of the 1st annual PBLSA Tournament later in the day. Cynthia was in the between them all, her usual place but she wouldn't spectate for too long. The champion was the last line of defense against Team Xûl.
"I hope you all are as excited as I am...the PBLSA concludes today! We will have a clear winner and crown Sinnoh's first PBLSA Champion!" The hostess held out the mic and let the crowd do the rest.
"We are down to the final four trainers who have battled diligently, to get to this point. Brent Griffin, Isaiah Wright, Alisha Vela, and Garrett Lane! I'm sure you all know the matchups but for the viewers at home, here ya' go." She called for another bracket update, and their pictures were plastered on the screen.

"The winners of these matchups will advance to the finals for one last Pokémon Showdown!" The hostess passed the mic to Cynthia who let the crowd continue to holler before announcing the rules.
