~Mt.Coronet~
Isaiah and Alisha pushed their way through the few trainers on route 207. The pair battled together on a few occasions during that time. They didn't notice it themselves but they were understanding each other more through double battles.
Upon entering the lower part of Mt. Coronet, Isaiah looked around the famous Mountain. He read about Mt. Coronet in the books Alder kept in his studies. Along with Pearl sharing his journey experiences, Isaiah was in awe. He held on to his backpack tightly as he scanned the area.
"You okay, Isaiah?" Alisha asked, watching him wander around.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I just can't explain it. Mt. Coronet feels alive somehow," he replied. He kneeled down and touched the chilling ground with his fingertips. "Living, breathing, and observing almost like us in a weird way."
Alisha wasn't sure if she followed what Isaiah had said. A mountain? Living? Breathing? It felt like she was venturing another ordinary cave.
She pressed her lips together, "well-"
"Close but not quite young man," a strained deep voice interrupted Alisha. Isaiah stood up slowly, with his back turned to the stranger. Another Xûl member maybe? He glanced at Alisha's curious face, focused ahead.
"Mt. Coronet has a rather, interesting history," the sound of heavy footsteps getting closer forced Isaiah to turn around.
A fair-skinned, sky blue spiky-haired man approached them. He held a nonchalant expression with a sense of coldness in his piercing blue eyes. The man had a slim athletic type stature that towered over Isaiah and Alisha. His choice in attire was questionable, resembled that of a spaceman. Isaiah tried to guess his age, possibly in his early 30s.
"It's very rude to stare boy," he mumbled.
Alisha nudged Isaiah, startling him in the process.
"Oh, sorry," he apologized. The man cleared his throat, then put both hands behind his back and began pacing in front of them.
"Mt. Coronet is more than just what divides the region. It's the very heart of Sinnoh. Though it may not be perfect, we all can come together to make it better. Even if it took me years to come to those terms." The blue-haired man turned his back to them.
Alisha and Isaiah's body wouldn't move at all. The presence this stranger gave off was overwhelming.
"Almost a decade ago, Team Galactic used Mt. Coronet as its setting for their final plan, fortunately, they were stopped and disbanded soon after," the man said.
"Team Galactic?" Alisha whispered for only Isaiah to hear.
He began pacing again, "I have an uneasy feeling about the region's safety as of late. Maybe it's just a hunch... Maybe I'm just feeling drawbacks from Sinnoh's previous threat." He stopped in his tracks and faced them. A smug expression, unchanged after his preaching.
