Bonus Chapter 2

✨4 months later✨

Days passed by so quickly with Evelyn and she grew up in no time. Now she was 6 months old and had already learned how to sit and roll over.

She had began rolling over on her stomach and kicking her legs and arms. She even started eating baby food instead of living on just milk.

She babbled a lot more now and responded with a sound if spoken to. She also babbled random sounds while playing with her favourite toy, a dinosaur plushie. She hadn't said a proper word yet though.

Evelyn also hated strollers. Dream took George and Evelyn stroller shopping and Evelyn would start crying every time she was put in a stroller. George decided they'd take turns walking outside while carrying Evelyn in their hands. They were going outside a lot more and interacting with people too. Sometimes fans came up to them and took pictures.

Evelyn was not one of those babies that cried at odd hours at night. She woke up pretty early though. Usually she'd start crying at 5 to 6 a.m. Dream used to stay awake for the first week since Evelyn got home but then he figured out he could just go to bed early and wake up early. It was working fine for all of them.

Today, Dream had planned on streaming with Sapnap. They were going to test a plugin George coded along with his friend, Callahan. Callahan was someone Darryl knew and he was also on the Dream SMP.

Dream was in his recording room about to start the stream while George was in Evelyn's room, playing with her. She was playing with building blocks that George had bought for her about a week ago.

"Good job Evie! And then you put this block on top." George handed Evelyn another block. She took it and placed it on the two blocks she put previously. George clapped to cheer her.

"Well done! You have a tower now!" George said. Evelyn giggled and clapped her hands. She then reached over to grab another block. She tried putting it on top of her tower of three blocks but couldn't as she was a tiny little baby.

"Ouh." Evelyn said and handed the block to George.

"You want me to put it on the tower?" George asked and placed the fourth block on the block tower. Evelyn clapped again and grabbed the base block of her tower, knocking the tower over.

"Oh no! Your tower fell! Wanna make another one?" George asked, passing the scattered blocks to her. She took a block and placed it on another one.

"Very good! Now you keep building your tower, Papa has to make lunch." George said and got up. He was about to leave the room when he heard Evelyn say something.

"Pa...pa." Evelyn said. George turned around and looked at her with a surprised face.

"Evie did you say Papa? Can you say it again?" George said as he smiled wide. He picked up Evelyn and took her out of her room. He knocked on Dream's door.

"Come in! I'm streaming though!" Dream said from inside. George opened the door and smiled at Dream. Dream smiled back.

"She said her first word!" George exclaimed. Dream gasped with wide eyes full of surprise and excitement.

"What did she say?" He asked quickly and reached over to take her from George and hold her in his arms.

"She said Papa." George said. Dream grinned and looked at Evelyn.

"Can you say Papa, Evie?" Dream asked her.

"Pa- pa!" Evelyn said. Dream gasped slightly again and kissed Evelyn's cheek.

"Awwh! Guys did you hear her?" Dream asked looking at his chat. As expected, it was going crazy.

'Evelyn Supremacy!'
'Aww! Papa!'
'She likes George more /hj'
'Evelyn is like- the cutest child ever!'
'I like Evelyn more than my baby sister'
'turn on facecam we want Evelyn content!'

"Turn on facecam? Mkay. Just a minute, I still don't know how webcams work." Dream said and fumbled with his stream settings before turning on his webcam. He waved at his chat and George bent down to the webcam level to be on the stream as well.

"Hi chat! Say hi to Evelyn." George said. The chat was spamming 'hi's. George chuckled and looked at Evelyn. "Say Papa, Evie."

"Pa pa." Evelyn said. Dream lifted her in the air and kissed her forehead.

"You're growing up so quickly Evie." Dream said. Evelyn made another noise that sounded like a 'ga' and brought her fingers up to Dream's face. She picked on his skin and tried to scratch it. Dream closed his eyes and let Evelyn play.

"Are you gonna continue the stream? I can take her back to her room. I have to make lunch too." George asked. Dream passed Evelyn to George.

"Yeah I'll stream for a bit. I've ignored Sapnap for like these whole 10 minutes. I'm gonna try end it soon and help you with lunch." Dream said. George nodded and started walking out of the room, Evelyn in his hands.

"Are you hungry Evie? Do you want food? I'll feed you first and then decide what to make for lunch." George said and put Evelyn down on her baby chair.

He took some fresh Avocados and Peas and mashed them to make her food. Then he took her spoon to feed her. She ate about 8 spoonfuls with her small spoon and then pushed the spoon away. George put her food away and started making lunch.

"Hi, I'm done streaming. What're you making for lunch?" Dream asked as he emerged from his recording room.

"I was thinking something simple. Like sandwiches?" George said. Dream nodded.

"Do you need help?" Dream asked. George shook his head. Dream shrugged and lifted up Evelyn to play with her.

"C'mon Evie! Dad will play with you! Where's your dino friend?" Dream talked to Evelyn and carried her to her room. He played with Evelyn until lunch. George and Dream ate lunch together after they put Evelyn to sleep.

"Time really flies when you're enjoying time with your loved ones." Dream said. George hummed and rested his head on Dream's shoulder, taking a bite out of his sandwich.

I was thinking about making Evelyn say 'mama' as her first word but I thought that'd be cruel so no.

I have a lot to write about Evelyn growing up but I think I'll do like 5-6 more bonus chapters.
