"Don't repost my HBD on your stories!!!" Y/n quickly texts Dino, her partner in crime since they were kids. He's her soulmate really. But him spending the majority of the past two years in Italy. She's barely seen him and it's been difficult.

"Why not? It's cute and thank you, I love you more than the moon and stars too. Can't wait to see you later." He has sweetly made his birthday plans around her. His girl that he always failed to make feel special with moving around and traveling so much. He often didn't know how she done it. Be his world basically but still stay in Sweden. Her schoolwork always comes first, then him. Which he understands. She watches all his races from the laptop screen and never actually been to one.
So to be able to take her to the Abu Dhabi, feels amazing for him.
It'll be her first actual races with him in a single seater.
"Can I just repost it? I love it and you! I can't wait until we are together in Dubai." Dino so badly wants to post what his girl has posted. "Plus its our first birthday as an actual couple... I know we have always been close and I want people to see it." Dino begs y/n via text. "But what if people find it silly... Do other people that i don't know need to see it?" But he gets her to give in and allow him to post it. 

Standing in the middle of Stockholm airport, y/n is about to get on the flight on her own and meet Dino on the other side. She tries to not freak out when she is hugged from behind. But the smell is familiar. "Hey baby..." Y/n looks around and sees her boy. "Dee... What on earth are you doing here?"Dino starts to giggle like only he can. "To surprise you of course. I missed you and didn't want you to travel alone." Y/n throws her arms around him, resisting the urge to pull off their masks to kiss him. "You've grown!! Aaaah I can now wear heels with you." She cant help but tease him. Dino shakes his head and nuzzles her nose with his own. "Are you ready to go make some memories? Hopefully I can make you proud." He says to her. But she looks at him, obviously smiling under her mask. "You always make me proud D." 

"So who is actually on your team? For this championship?" Y/n asks him, confused as Dino isn't driving with his beloved Prema, but instead with Mumbai Falcons. "There is a lot of new and old Prema that will be there... Arthur, Seb and Ollie are my team mates for this championship." Y/n nods her head, she knows Sebastian is a famous drivers son and Arthur is the brother of Charles. Who she is kind of crushing on. "So will Charles be there?" Dino starts to laugh. "You took that out of, Arthur is my team mate." She nods her head, going red. "Maybe. I don't know for sure though. You still liking him are you.. Fan girl." Y/n nods her head, making Dino laugh even more. "Aaaah as long as it's still me that you are there for, I don't mind." Taking his mask off and taking the lead, they kiss sweetly. "I love you." Y/n smiles, looking around before she says it back. 

The morning of the start of the first race, Dino watches as y/n looking at her clothes and debating on what to wear. "Are you okay baby?" He shout over to her, as he pulls on his red Ferrari tshirt on. "I don't know what to wear. I just feel so basic compared to all the glamour girls out here." Dino looks at her, feeling sad. She has never felt the most confident, even though she is the most beautiful girl in any room. "Baby just wear what you are comfortable in. No one really pays attention." He watches her face fall, shaking her head. "I just don't feel good enough to be here." Dino walks over to her and wrestles her to the bed, tickling her. As she squeals, Dino kisses her. "I know lots of people love you and I am just one of them." Y/n raises her brow.. "Just one? Not the main one then?" 

"I know I shouldn't do this. But I really want to show you how special you are to me." As y/n's hands find the back of his head and arching her back. "We will go out tonight? Have dinner? A proper date night. I want you to come to race badly, but I know you struggle." She smiles at him, before pushing him off and grabbing a dress that matches his Ferrari top. "Beautiful baby... Come here." Dino can't help but want his kisses to get deeper and more passionate with y/n. Even though they have only started to act on their feelings towards each other. He knows that she is still very much a virgin, as they have had very open and honest conversations. Not that anyone would think so with some of the outfits she wears. But her dress is very much everything that reminds Dino of her. He can't wait to walk in with her, holding her hand. The drive over, was filled with sweet nonsense, of Dino trying to talk up and give her an ego boost. 

As they head to the truck, Dino can't help but tease her. "So now you have done this one.. You will manage Monaco easily." But her face says it all.
