"You need to stop!! Paul you are a child and I can't do it, I am in a happy relationship."
Paul sits smiling at his phone. He likes a challenge. The more he has been speaking to Dino about his mystery older woman, the more he has decided to go for it.
He hits send on his reply and really can't get her out of his head.
He scrolls through his Instagram and smiles when he sees a photo of the mystery woman. She has recently went from Prema to Ferrari, so he is feeling very jealous of Dino and Arthur who will see her near enough daily for a while. Whilst they get some content for the Academy YouTube and tiktok.

"Dinner with my fave Monegasque couple." She looks beautiful!! Damn. Paul can't help but speak out loud. "Who is?" His brother Ralf has overheard him. "No one. You don't know her." Ralf looks confused.
"Why the mystery? When have you ever hidden a girl from me?" Ralf asks him. "Do I know her?" Ralf laughs as he has overheard some comments that have been made about one of the women on the team. "It's not y/n is it?" Ralf asks after looking at his own Instagram and noticed Paul's liked a photo of her.
"No!!!" He whines which makes it obvious. "Leave her! She's in a weird relationship. Stay away from her like that."

Paul does it for a night or two before he starts again.
He is happy when she is seen around the garage with old Prema guys Charles and Mick.
She is in a deep conversation with Mick when he sees her.
"You need to get away from him.. He sounds unsettled. You deserve better. You know that right?" He overhears Mick speaking to her.
"It's not normal." Paul notices that they start to be quiet and she pats at her face. She gives him a weak smile. But seems to have lost her voice to say hi.
"Sorry Mick.. can I steal y/n for a second? Need help with an issue." Mick squeezes y/n's shoulder and leaves them.
"You know where I am if you need me.. no matter when, yeah?" Y/n nods her head at him.

"What is that about?" Paul asks, instead of being subtle and kind to her feelings. "Nothing. Your a kid. You wouldn't understand. What is it you need help with?" She asks him, sounding so much quieter than usual. "Relationship still good then?" He asks her grinning at her. "Fuck you Aron. It's none of your fucking business. Learn when to stop and you'll go far."
Paul really wasn't expecting that response from her, even more so when Ralf passes them. "What have you done now?" He asks him.
"Nothing.. I just asked how her relationship is. Mick seemed worried about her." Ralf runs his hand through his hair. "Listen. I'm telling you to stop okay. Her boyfriend isn't the nicest of guys. If you want to be an adult.. you will stay away from her Paul. You are putting her in danger by chasing after her. We have had to tell all the guys to stop texting her when she is off duty."

Paul stares at Ralf. "What do you mean? Danger from what? Ralf you can't half say something and not finish it. Explain." Ralf shakes his head.
For days after he has heard about his girl being in danger. Paul does nothing but stress. Trying to stop himself from texting her or emailing y/n's work email.

"Is she walking differently today?" Paul sits with Arthur and Dino. They both look at y/n and nod in agreement, with him. "Why is no one helping her?" He eventually asks. "You'd think with how many guys, she knows here and none of them are helping her."
Arthur looks up from his phone. "She needs to want help. Don't you think we have tried to speak to her about it? Charles and Mick are terrified she'll flee with him. They can't make her do anything, or force her to see how we are watching it. If she runs and loses contact with everyone, who wins then? Who can help her then?"
Paul shakes his head. "No but seriously. Why can't we just lock her in somewhere until she gives in. Believes what we say. I'm not scared of someone who would do that to her."
The guys watch as Paul goes up and bends down to pick up the paperwork she dropped.
"What's he done now? Don't lie to me... you can barely move. I've known you long enough to know that this isn't you." Y/n looks at him, surprised that he is speaking to her how he always has done.
"I slipped in the shower.." Paul shakes his head. "Bullshit. You can barely look anyone in the eye. What can we do to help you? We are all about to have a shit season worrying about you. So won't you be better to tell us. Let us help you." Y/n shakes her head.
"Don't blame me, if you have a crap season.. you can't help me. Will you stop with your stupid story it's in your head Paul." He shakes his head.
"It's not in my head. You know that! We can all see it.. you need to wake up and see it's not right. I'm not walking on eggshells with you. I don't need too, you don't work here anymore. You're Ferrari's issue now." Paul walks away, hating himself.
What if he has made it worse?
What if she is scared to ask for help?
