"Hello?" I asked down the line, still half asleep.

"How fast can you get here?"

"Finn? It's like three in the morning. Why are you calling me?" I questioned, sitting up so I wasn't tempted to lay back down and fall asleep.

"That's not important. Well, it is important, but anyway- how fast can you get here?" They asked again.

"Uh, the roads are probably clear as fuck I'd say at most thirty minutes." I answered, running my eyes.

"Good. I need you to get in the car and come down here. Yesterday Liza got sent something, I'm not sure what so don't ask me, and now she's going bat shit. She's refusing to sleep and she's blocking up all the windows in the apartment." They explained as I stood up and grabbed a pair of sweatpants.

"Yeah, okay. I'll be there soon." I replied before hanging up.

It's been three days since I last saw Liza. She came back to mine on the night of the boat and then spent the morning being hungover and the afternoon she spent getting to know Winnie and Skylar. She still refused to hold or even touch Beckham, but she was getting there.

She went home yesterday and I knew she had songs she needed to record and I had things I needed to do as well. We both have just been so caught up with life that we didn't really see seeing each other as a top priority. I mean, we've talked on the phone and on facetime either during the day, or at night, but we haven't seen each other in person.

"Where the fuck are you going at butt-fuck early in the morning?" Sky asked when u walked into the kitchen, fully dressed.

"Liza's, something happened and she needs me. Can you do me a favour, if I'm not back by seven can you feed Juice for me?" I asked, trying to find my keys.

"Your keys are in the drawer, and yeah that's fine. But do you really need to go now? Can't whatever Liza is going through wait until the morning? I mean it's really fucking early and you need sleep." She asked, rinsing out her mug.

"No, because I can sleep whenever. Liza can't. She struggles to sleep anyway, and from what Finn told me, she's not even able to try and sleep. If I can help her, I will. Also, she's kind of my girlfriend Sky. Nothing will ever be more important than her." I answered, finally finding the drawer she was talking about.

"Even your parents?" She raised, arching a brow at me.

"That's irrelevant. They don't talk to me so I don't need to worry about them." I shrugged. "Okay. The dog food is in that cupboard, it's one tin of wet food and two scoops of dry food. His treats are in the glass jar on the side, don't give him more than that. And if he's being a dick, just let him outside and unlock the dog flap.

Also, if you can't sleep in your room with Win and the baby, you can sleep in mine. The guest room is piled full of boxes from yesterday and you can barely even walk so don't try going in there. Okay, bye." I finished explaining, leaving her in the darkness of the kitchen as I made my way out of the house and down to my car.

Sometimes I really don't like how Liza will have these random episodes in the middle of the night. Of course I don't mind helping, I know it's not her fault, and I'll never not help in whatever way I can, but when I'm still half asleep, there isn't really much I can do to be useful.

Driving through the streets at this time was peaceful though. There were no other cars on the road, except for the odd Uber here and there making their way to and from the airport. I could also drive with the window all the way down without having the smell of burning petrol or having smoke from someone's exhaust pipe going in my face. The cool air really helped to keep me awake.

I parked my car outside the complex and got out, trying to quietly make my way to the elevator, not wanting to disturb any of the people who were sleeping on the bottom floor. Which all went to waste when I heard someone calling behind me.

"Hold the door." They called, jogging up.

I put my foot over the sensor and waited for them to get a little closer before moving out of the way. I pressed the button for Liza's floor, and the other guy then pressed the button for the floor above.

"That's the floor with the hot black haired chick isn't it?" The guy asked, making me give him a dead look.

"There are a lot of women on that floor with black hair. You're gonna need to be more specific." There's actually only two women on Liza's floor with black hair, Liza and a lady who lives down the hall, but she's like fifty.

"Uh, I think her name is Lisa, or something. She's so hot man. Her ass is amazing, and she's got this little tattoo behind her ear. It's a little bird with some writing." He explained, pointing to the exact same place Liza has a tattoo.

"You mean Liza? My girlfriend?" I asked, hoping he'd stop talking about her in that way.

"That's one. Man I'd love to fuck her one day."

I immediately started pressing the button that made the doors open. I know we still had five floors between the one we stopped at and Liza's, but I didn't want to spend the next forty five seconds of my life hearing how much some random guy wants to fuck my girlfriend. I also didn't want to end up punching this guys for not only disrespecting women, but also disrespecting Liza.

"I'll take the stairs." I mumbled as the doors opened.

"Okay, bye man." Fucking dick.
