"Hey Finn- woah, Liza. What are you doing?" I asked as she opened the door and thrusted a baseball bat in my face.

"Get inside. Quickly." She demanded, pushing the door open only a little wider so I can get through.

"Baby, put the bat down. What's going on?" I asked, moving the bat with my fingers so it wasn't being pointed directly in my face.

"She's not telling me what's wrong. She came out of her room a while ago, acting all manic and then she did this." They explained, pointing to all the windows which were covered in scraps of newspapers and tissue.

"Get away from the windows." Liza shouted randomly, making us both jump.

I turned around to look at her. She looked a mess. Her hair was damp but the bits that were dry were all sticking up in different directions. Her eyes were shrouded. She wasn't looking properly, she can't see properly. A part of her is blinded but I don't know by what.

"Baby, put the bat down. Come on, talk to me." I tried to coax, not knowing what she can do with that bat when she's like this.

"I- I can't." She trembled, tensing up when I slowly walked forwards.

"Come here, come on baby." I tried again, holding my arms out for her to come to me instead.

She did almost instantly. She walked over and immediately wrapped her arms around my waist, allowing me to take the bat from her and pass it to Finn who then took it down the hall and into their room. It didn't take long for Liza to break down, sobbing into my chest.

"Oh, okay." I mumbled as her knees buckled, causing us both to fall to the floor.

She just sat there, crying. I don't know how long it's been, and I don't know how long she'll continue, but what I do know is that if she tries squeezing me any tighter, I physically won't be able to breathe.

"What happened baby? Why are you acting like this?" I asked, trying to get information.

"They're gonna see me. You need to stay away from the windows." She mumbled out.

"Who's going to see you? What's wrong with the windows?" I continued to ask, not knowing what she was talking about.

"My phone. Where's my phone?" She asked herself, pulling out of my grip and stumbling around the place. She's not stable.

I got up and followed her, not knowing if her legs were strong enough to carry her. Her frantic behaviour seemed to have stopped when she stood in front of her bedroom door. The way she was frozen almost made it seem like it was illegal for her to go in.

"Can you get my phone please? I don't wanna go in." She asked, pointing to her phone sat at the edge of her bed.

"Sure." I agreed, not wanting to upset her further. "Fuck Liza, this is so hot." I winced slightly as I picked up the phone, feeling how much it was over heating.

"It won't fucking stop. They won't stop coming." She answered, hiding herself by the doorframe.

"What won't stop?" I asked, opening her phone and seeing how many Instagram messages she had.

"The photos." The what?

I immediately stopped what I was doing. Suddenly, a few more things started to make more sense and everything clicked.

"What photos Eliza?" I asked, putting her phone in my pocket and walking over to her.

"They're ph-photos of me. First there were just one or two of me outside and walking so I didn't think anything of it. B-but then they started sending me pictures of me in the hallways of buildings, and- and the newest ones were of me just getting out of the shower and they won't fucking stop." She stuttered out, starting to break down all over again.

"Who sent the photos Liza?"

"I don't know. They were all from different accounts." She answered, her throat hoarse from crying. "I just want it to end." She admitted, letting her head fall forwards and rest on my chest.

"I'll make it stop baby." I assured, running my hands up her sides to comfort her.

It wasn't long before I felt her put more weight on me. I could tell she was falling asleep, so I leant down and wrapped my hands around the back of her thighs so I could hoist her up and rest her on my waist. She showed such an aversion to walking into her room, so I knew I wasn't even going to attempt to lay her down in there.

"I'm going to take her back to mine. I'm hoping maybe it'll settle her a little and she'll be able to sleep." I explained to Finn as they walked back out of their room.

"Okay, if it helps her I won't stop her." They replied, opening the door for me.

"Thanks."

I made sure I was careful so I didn't knock into any walls. Liza wasn't exactly asleep in my arms, but she was close to getting that way, and I didn't want to risk disturbing her. In the elevator it was easier because I was standing still for a minute or so before having to walk again.

The roads were still just as clear as they were when I left. My eyes almost fell out of my head, however, when I saw it was ten past six. Wow, time really moves quickly when you're trying to persuade a paranoid woman to put a bat down.

It was like a race against the sun as I drove back to my house. I already knew I'd be safe to go up and put Liza in my room, even though I offered it to Skylar. If she slept in it, she would've already woken up to give Beckham his morning feed, but the likelihood of her just sitting in the living room was higher.

I got Liza out of the back of the car, and had to try and coax her back to sleep when I accidentally slammed the car door shut with my foot. I kicked off my sliders at the door and carefully made my way up the stairs to my room.

"No, stay." She whined as she reached her hand out for me, keeping her eyes shut.

"I wasn't going to go anywhere." I laughed as I threw my shirt in a random direction and lied down next to her.

She turned so that her back was facing me. I turned to face the same way as her and wrapped my hand around her waist, pulling her closer so her back was against my chest. I heard her sigh in her sleep and intertwine her fingers with mine, our hands resting together on her stomach.
