"It is time to wake, little one." Lady Dimitrescu stroked your hair delicately, waking you from your quiet slumber.
You slowly lift your head from where it was resting on her cushioned chest. Glancing out the window, you see a large and imposing castle. The grounds were well kept. Black roses line the pathway to the rows of stoned stairs the lead to the castles entrance. You had always seen the castle far in the distance from your old home. Nothing but a spec within the towering mountains that surrounded it. Up close, you realize how magnificent it is.
Pulling you from your admiration of the enchanting building, Lady Dimitrescu begins to exit the vehicle, with you still encased in her strong, elegant arms. You wince in pain for a moment from the sudden movement, but her reassuring grasp eases the pain instantly.
"Welcome to Castle Dimitrescu, Darling." She smirks at you, welcoming you to her home. You could see the pride in her eyes. She almost fawned at the sight of her own estate.
You catch yourself staring at her as she makes her way to the entrance. A serene smile rest on her gorgeous face, causing you to flash your own pleased smile.
"Don't make a habit of staring, Dear." Your lady had caught you in the act. "It's not polite to stare." She winked at you.
As you continue on your way to the castle doors, something catches your attention that you hadn't noticed before. The peaks of the castle had strangely large gargoyles resting upon them. They were an alarming sight. And then, you noticed one move. It scowled down at you, opening its eyes to reveal fierce hungry globes. Your heart dropped. Those were not gargoyles, those were Lycans. These were much larger than the one you had seen the other night. Thunderous snarls and deep growls rained down on you from all directions. Your body began to tremble at the sight of so many of these horrific beasts.
"Don't fret, little one." Lady Dimitrescu notice your urgent distress. "They are only here to do their job. The shall not harm you. And if they so much as even inhale your sweet scent..." She paused for a moment, thinking of the consequence's they might face. "Then they will be shredded to ribbons by my claws." The thought of this caused the corners of her lips to rise into a devious smile.
Claws? What on earth does she mean by that? I don't see any claws...only delicate and yet able hands.
"You can not see them, my dear. Not unless you make me angry or test my patience." She winked at you again.
You weren't sure what she meant, but you didn't want to find out. You gave her an understanding nod. Maybe it was some kind of metaphor she used to descried the wrath she unleased when she was not pleased. Examining her hands, you came to that exact conclusion. There was no way this mountainous shapely woman was concealing claws beneath her black leather gloves. Or maybe that's why she covered them in such a tough fabric? That way there would be no harm caused by accident. Not unless she wanted to cause harm.
Finally, the two of you arrive at the castles heavy, sizable doors. Lady Dimitrescu was tall, but even these doors rise above her great height. The door is decorated with a gold, shimmering seal. A large flower with two swords. Judging from the personality of the Mistress of this very castle, the seal represents her well. A symbol of feminine power. Lady Dimitrescu is exactly that, feminine and yet oh so powerful.
The doors swung open, two servants at each side, ushering you in. The inside of the castle was even more breath taking than the outside. Plus, there seemed to be no blood curdling monsters in here. Not that you can see anyway. Chandeliers hung from the high neoclassical style ceiling. Their radiant light trickled across all the marvelous paintings, sculptures, and ornate architecture of the grand hall.
