Come morning, Alcina wasted no time gathering her things and getting ready to head back to the castle. You slowly pack your things back into your suitcase, disappointed that your time with Alcina had come to an end so soon. However, you're thankful you had this time to spend with the woman you love. You feel as though it's brought the two of you closer than you were before. There has been a new light shed upon the wonderous soul of your loving Mistress; Even a new light shed upon yourself. Reminiscing the delightful events of the past few days, you continue packing. You fold your clothes and set them inside your suitcase.

"Don't forget this, dear." Alcina hands you your sketchbook.

"Thank you." You smile at her, grabbing the book from her hand and tucking it away.

"Are you almost ready? I believe the car should be arriving soon." Alcina asks, lifting her suitcase from the bed and setting it on the floor.

"Ready to leave? No. But, my things are packed." You latch your suitcase closed. Alcina picks it up and sets it beside hers. Then, she kneels down to you.

"I know you're disappointed that our time here has come to an abrupt end, but we are needed back home." Alcina tucks your still curled hair behind your ear.

"I know." You sigh. "I just wish you would tell my why we have to return so soon."

"Please don't be upset with me, draga mea. There are things that are better left unsaid. However, you have my word that I will do everything in my power to make sure those things are taken care of. You just have to trust me." Alcina explains.

"I do trust you, Alcina." You place your palm against her cheek. "Forgive me. I just can't help but feel like what you're keeping from me is important knowledge." Your hand falls from her cheek, resting at your side.

"Y/N. Now is not the right time. Please, let's not end this trip on a sour note." Alcina stands, holding out her hand to you. "Why don't we pay a quick visit to the willow before we leave."

You nod reluctantly, taking her hand in yours. Alcina leads you from the room, heading outside. It's another lovely day. The sun shines from the blue sky above. Birds flutter through the air, singing their cheerful songs. Alcina smiles, enjoying the warmth of the beautiful day. You walk down the stone path, hand in hand. As you reach the incline, Alcina allows you to take the lead - just in case you slip, she can catch you. You quickly race to the top, excited to return to the serene view that sprawls across the land beyond the willow.

"Be careful, draga mea!" Alcina calls after you as she slowly makes her way up the slope.

Reaching the top, you turn and smile back at her.

"You know, for having such long legs - you're awfully slow." You smirk, teasing her. Alcina rolls her eyes and chuckles.

"You forget, I am nearly a century older than you are, dear." Alcina finally reaches the top. "I don't have the abilities of a young woman."

"Pshh. Excuses, excuses." You chuckle. "Your body is more than able when it comes to other activities." You wink.

Alcina leans down closer to you. A crimson smirk curls onto her soft lips.

"Yes, well, you prove to be good motivation for your Mistress." A low hum simmers in her throat as she rises to her full height.

You blush, turning your attention to the willow. You glance back at Alcina, grabbing her hand and pulling her forward. As you reach the edge of the overlook, the beautiful landscape comes into view. A smile spreads across your face as you see the horses running through the field. The foals you had played with yesterday fall to the rear, too focused on teasing each other. In a way, they reminded you of Alcina's daughters; Always picking on each other in good fun. You release Alcina's hand and sit on the edge, dangling your feet. Alcina sits behind you, leaning her body against the tree. You scoot closer to her and rest yourself against her stomach. Alcina brushes your hair behind your ear as you take in the view.
