Unsure of where the courtyard is, you stroll through the halls in search of any sign of direction. You have no idea where you are or where you are going. As you turn the corner, you accidentally bump into someone, causing them to drop what they were holding.

"I am so sorry!" You burst. A mature woman scurries to grab towels from the ground.

"No worries, my lady. I wasn't watching where I was going." She says without looking at you.

"Here, let me help." You kneel down, collecting the half folded towels from the floor. You fold them and place them in a pile. Once they are all collected, you hand them to the woman.

"Thank you, my-" She pauses as her eyes meet yours. "Oh, my."

"Is something the matter?" You ask, slightly confused.

"No! Not at all, my lady!" The woman stands with a gleaming smile. You stand as well, wiping the dirt from your dress. "My apologies. I hadn't realized I had ran into Lady Dimitrescu's fair maiden."

"Oh, no worries. Please, call me Y/N." You smile at her.

"Well, it is nice to finally meet you, Y/N. We've all heard a lot about you." She extends her hand to you. "Mary, at your service."

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Mary." You gleam as you shake her hand.

"Ah, I can see one reason Lady Dimitrescu has grown so fond of you. That smile is positively radiant." Mary's eyes twinkle as she admires you. "You must be on your way to meet her now! She's waiting for you in the courtyard."

"Yes. Could you show me the way by chance? I'm afraid I haven't the slightest clue where to go." You politely ask.

"Of course, my lady!" Mary says, setting the towels in her hand on an end table near by. "Follow me!"

Mary leads you down the hallway to a set of glass doors leading outside. You see that the sun has just began to set, filling the sky with a vibrant ombre of colors.

"The courtyard in just through these doors." She exclaims. "I believe Lady Dimitrescu is at the far end. Follow the path through the garden, you'll see her." Mary smiles at you as she pulls the door open.

"Thank you, Mary." You say as you step through the doorway.

"You are welcome, my lady." She grins. "Oh, and one more thing!" Mary catches your attention before you wander off. You turn to her, seeing her kind eyes and sweet smile gleaming back at you. "You look very beautiful, dear."

"Thank you." You blush.

"I'll be seeing you again I am sure. Enjoy your evening, my lady." Mary bows her head then shuts the door behind you.

You stroll down the path. The sweet smell of blooming flowers fills the air. Beds of fresh bloomed flowers line the pathway. The sound of distant music grows louder as you continue down the path. As you walk, you begin to see petals lining the pathway in front of you. You look up, seeing a table lit with candles sitting in an opening in the courtyard. Lanterns rest in piles of flower petals around the clearing. Smooth jazz music dances in the gentle breeze. As you come closer, Alcina comes into view as she sets a bottle of wine on the table. She wears a black evening down. It's fabric falling elegantly to the ground. There's a slit in the side, revealing the soft skin of her long legs. The neckline falls low, fabric draping off her strong shoulders and trailing down the long lace sleeves. She looks up, noticing you approaching. An adoring smile curls onto her crimson lips. The sight of her makes your stomach flutter.

"Draga mea, you look stunning." Alcina beams, as she makes her way over to you.

"As do you, Alcina." You smile, admiring her pure beauty. "How did you do all of this?" You ask, gesturing to the romantic set up in front of you.
