Wilbur's POV:

We sat down at one of 5 tables reserved for our massive group. On it was our household, including Techno, and now including Charlie who had struggled to find people he knew all that well, it was pretty much just us. We showed them all the pictures.

"Haha, no that's actually funny though man!" Charlie laughed and turned the pictures to show Techno. For once Techno laughed properly, like really loud. He didn't do that a lot.

He turned to Tommy and said, "funny idea Tommy and I love your pose. You are basically trying to shoot that camera haha!"

Tommy was beaming with happiness and laughing along with the other 2. But as Tubbo chugged water and took his meds, I watched Tommy's attention shift rapidly towards him. Tubbo was leant up against Ranboo, head on shoulder and sunglasses still on. Ranboo was running a hand through his hair and despite the sunglasses, I could see his eyes shut tightly behind them. He was not having a great time of it. And Tommy sat there, protectively looking on like he normally did.

It was something that it took me a while to work out. But Tommy did it when Phil wasn't feeling well at Alton towers. Russ and I were helping Phil out and getting him to drink something. Tommy evidently didn't now how to react or help, so he stood around us protectively and kept repeatedly scanning the area around us. Similar thing would happen when I was stressed and Phil would help me out. He would make sure the person who did know how to help, was helping properly and that no one disturbed them whilst they did it. Autistic people aren't stupid or emotionless, they just do different things in different ways. And yes he had a huge meltdown that morning, but he adapted to the world when the world didn't adapt to him, and I was proud of him for that. That's why I bought those photos and why after lunch, I would go with him to find a Dug. He had earned it for both getting on with life, and even on a rough day for him, caring about others. I know that sounds like I'm treating him like a kid, but everyone learns things at do different times, you still congratulate them for learning it.

After eating, which was a slight struggle to find something Tommy wanted to eat, our table stayed together and agreed to go shopping and to take photos with the characters. I picked up a Disney t-shirt in one of the shops, as did pretty much everyone else apart from Tubbo -even Techno-! Ranboo did end up choosing one for Tubbo, so he didn't feel as left out, but Phil was having to protectively hold a hand on his shoulder and guide him round, so I'm not sure how much he cared at that point.

"Phil?" I walked over quickly. We were stood out of a shop waiting for Ranboo, Tommy, Techno and Charlie to come back out. Tubbo looked even paler than the last time I had checked on him.

"You're alright mate? Anything I can do for you?"

"Dizzy."

"Do you need to sit down mate?"

"Yes please."

Phil picked him up under his arms and lowered him to the floor, I crouched down in front of him as Phil stayed behind him for support. "It's okay. I can take you back to the house if you need it?"

"Yes please."

"Okay, Yea. We'll do that then. You gonna be alright to walk to the car Tubbo?" He nodded, and then used my hands to standby himself whilst he stood up. Phil gave me his backpack after taking a bunch off his and Tubbo's stuff out, as it still had everyone else's things in and I walked back into the shop to find the others.

"Where's Tubbo?" Tommy was insistent on getting his answer.

"He's really not feeling well, Phil's going to take him back to the house."

"How are we going to get back?" Techno asked, joining in on the conversation.

"I guess Phil will come back to pick us up, I don't know. We are here tomorrow as well so if we don't get things done before Phil comes, we'll just do it tomorrow."

"Yea and hopefully Tubbo will feel better by then so he can do it with us." Tommy nodded at Ranboo's comment. It was clear the younger 2 were slightly worried about their friend, so I decided to lighten the mood.

"Now, let's go see if we can find a soft Dug huh?" Tommy smiled at me, and the rest of us laughed softly at his excitement.

"Wilbur! Look!" Tommy was running towards a shelf full of soft toys, and there on the top shelf was a soft Dug.

"Hey, we found him! Here." I reached up and brought it down to Tommy. Who then ran of quickly to join the queue for the checkouts. The rest of us stood with him, quite protectively. We were all aware that whilst Tommy seemed very happy, the morning had taken a lot out of him and anything that now went wrong, would probably turn into a meltdown. Tommy stood there practically vibrating with excitement and looking at the Dug in his hands. It was as if he couldn't quite believe we had found it. We paid for it and Tommy refused a bag, just holding on to it.

We walked outside the shop, "would you like me to put it in your bag for you Tommy?"

"No thank you." He smiled at me. I took out my phone and took a photo of him. Sending it to Phil and Tommy's parents. Phil had texted them earlier about Tommy's meltdown and I wanted them to know he was still enjoying himself.

"Toms, I know right now you are probably really happy and very excited, but try and stick with one of us Yea? Disneyland isn't the place to start running off like the other day." Techno stood next to him.

"Got it blade."

"Watch it Yea, Tommy." I said in a serious voice, joking. Tommy looked at me concerned, before starting to apologise to Techno. "Just joking Tommy, let's go on some more rides."

The group walked about, agreeing we would probably just stay by ourselves for the rest of the day, rather than going back to being with the other groups. Tommy had taken ahold of my wrists again as we walked, "everything alright Tommy?"

"Mmhm."

"Do you want to get your iPad out?" He stopped dead in his path and took his backpack off. "Lets go off to the side and do it. There's a bench just there." Tommy nodded and I took his backpack from him, and walked over to the bench.

He sat down, holding the Dug and brushing his fingers across the fur of the soft toy. Stimming. To calm himself. I handed him his iPad, "what's up big man?"

"Overwhelmed." At first I was confused. We had just been walking through Disney. He seemed fine a minute ago. How could he be overwhelmed? Then I thought about it a little more. Now I listen, there were so many sounds. Now I took a deep breath in, I realised how many different smells there were. And as I looked around, everything seemed to jump out at me.

"Okay, that's fine. You want to wear your ear defenders or listen to some music?"

"Music."

"Okay, I'll get them out and connect them. You choose some music."

I handed them to him and took the iPad quickly, to connect them in settings. I checked the battery. 34%. It should last him till we got home, but I wasn't sure. The headphones didn't look like they had much battery at all. I just hoped he wouldn't want to listen to music for too long.

A/n Hey. Thank you so much for reading. This is a daily message for all autistic and other neurodivergent people: you aren't stupid. Well, not anymore stupid than anyone else can be. Your brain is just doing different things in a different way. And sometimes that sucks, but part of the reason it's sucks is because no one has a clue how your brain does it (and it's hard to explain, I know). I often explain it as neurotypical people doing 2+2 and neurodivergent people doing 3+1. You still get 4, but both complain that the other way makes no sense. Keep being awesome, you will find people who understand.

So what do we think of the Tubbo angst, huh? It will continue so be prepared. Tommy angst will continue too though. Thank you so much for 15k! WOOOOOOOOO! THAT IS BECAUSE OF ALL YOU AWESOME PEOPLE! Anyway hope you enjoyed and have an awesome day.

Thank you,
