Chapter 19: Perfect Day?

Korra and Asami reached the city and excitedly ran to Asami's car.

"Hey Korra. Where do you want to go?" The CEO asked her girlfriend sweetly.

"Hmm. The perfect place for us? The place where we confessed our love." Korra answered. Asami raised an eyebrow but then she smiled.

"Alright." Asami agreed and started to drive.

"That place is so lonely isn't it? I didn't see so many people around." Korra said in confusion. Asami didn't respond but she smiled. It took them 10 minutes to arrive in the place since it's located at the end of the city. The couple hopped off the Satomobile and leaned infront of it.

Korra glanced at her girlfriend who's looking at the sky. She smirked and pulled Asami closer to her.

"H-Hey, Korra what's wrong?" The non-bender asked. Korra didn't answer instead she gave her a smirk. The CEO blushed because their faces were only inches apart.

"This place is perfect, Asami." Korra said as she leaned in to connect their lips. Asami pushed herself closer to Korra and responded to her girlfriend's passionate kiss. As the kiss ended, Asami was the one smirking.

"So you wanted to go here because no one can see us kissing?" The heiress asked with a smirk. The avatar blushed and looked down.

"Well.. Actually that's one of my reasons." Korra said. The non-bender laughed and kissed Korra in her cheek.

"What are we going to do here?" Asami asked and looked around the place.

"Well, I didn't see anyone. Let's stroll around?" Korra suggested.

"Sure." Asami agreed and they started to walk. While they're walking, the couple was making a loud noise because of their laughters. Especially the avatar. She's telling Asami the jokes that was given to her by Bolin. Her suitor's brother. She admitted that Bolin is much closer to her than Mako. She treated him just like her own brother. Well of course Bolin is such a cool guy, his jokes were effective. It actually made Asami teary eyed because of laughter.

Suddenly, when Asami was still laughing so hard, Korra saw a man peeking at them. She stopped laughing and became serious. Her girlfriend noticed it and her laughter disappeared.

"Korra? What's wrong?" The engineer asked. Korra just signaled her to stay quiet while walking towards the sidewalk where she saw the man.

"I saw someone. He's peeking on us." The avatar whispered to Asami who's following her. As they reached the sidewalk, the man was gone. Korra started to get worried and have a bad feeling about it.

"Korra. Are you sure you saw someone?"

"Yes! I saw him staring on us! Come on, we gotta get out of here." Korra said. Asami nodded and they both ran to the Satomobile. Unfortunately, when they arrived at the side where Asami parked her car, it was gone.

"W-Wait. Where's the car?!" Asami said surprised. Korra felt someone's behind them because of her earthbending. She secretly used her bending to know where's the car.

"Get down! You're in our territory. No where to go, ladies. " Someone said smirking. The couple turned around and saw several earth, water, and fire benders surrounding them.
