Chapter 29: Double Date

"So Korra, deal?" Bolin asked excitedly. The avatar sighed.

"Just make sure this will work or else I'll kill you." Korra said. Bolin laughed.

"Oh come on Avatar. Trust me okay? Just go with the flow." then the earth bender winked. Korra rolled her eyes. "Fine." Bolin jumped for joy.

"HAHA! Yes! So from now on, I'll be your Fake Suitor." Bolin said proudly.

Bolin took Korra in a Salon. The avatar raised an eyebrow and gave Bolin a death glare.

"What are we doing here?" Korra asked emotionless.

"Hey hey Ms. Avatar. You need a makeover for our date! Come on." the earth bender said as he grabbed the water bender inside. They were greeted by a lady.

"Good afternoon, Sir and Ma'am. May I help you?" The lady said. Korra crossed her arms and rolled her eyes. Seriously, she hate makeovers.

"Sure you can. Just a little makeovers for this girl beside me." Bolin said in suave tone. the lady just smiled.

"This way, Miss." she said and took Korra in a room.

After about 20-30 minutes, the door opened and there were Korra and the lady walked towards the sleeping lava bender. Korra cleared her throat and Bolin woke up.

"Oh! I'm sorry I fell-.. what the... Wow K-Korra, you look different. It's a good different!" Bolin exclaimed. The avatar was still wearing her usual clothes. But her hair without clips and with some light makeups on her face, made her looked like a different person. Korra blushed a little because of the compliment.

"Thanks Bo." Korra said. Bolin smiled and paid the lady for Korra's makeover. They went out of the Salon and Bolin place Korra's hand around his arm.

"So, where do you want to go?" Bolin said while they're walking. Korra looked down.

"Hmm. I don't know." Korra said. The earth bender did not respond instead he stopped walking. Korra looked at him with confusion but bolin was staring straight. He whispered something.

"Act normal." the avatar frowned and looked in front to see what Bolin staring at. Her eyes widened a little. It was Asami and Mako. Both looking at them. They're holding each other's hand like a couple. Korra stared at their hands for like a couple of minutes. She felt again her tears was about to fall from her eyes. Bolin turned to her and noticed she was looking at Asami and Mako's hands. The earth bender cleared his throat that made Korra look at him. Bolin noticed the tears on Korra's eyes. He smiled and turned to his brother.

"Oh, Hi Mako, Hi Asami. Wow, we didn't expect to see you both here." then Bolin laughed a little. Korra was just looking at the ground. While the heiress was staring at her.

"Uhh. Hi Bolin Hi K-Korra." Mako greeted them awkwardly. The avatar was forced to look up. She just smiled at him and she accidentally looked at Asami who's still staring straight to her eyes like wanting to say something. Korra just looked away. She didn't want to cry in front of them. Mako's still clueless about their past relationship.

"So, are you going somewhere? How about we go together? Yeah, that's great! You're dating Asami, And I'm dating Korra!" Bolin suggested cheerfully. Korra's eyes widened. She frowned and punched Bolin secretly at the back. bolin looked at her and winked before he turned to Mako and Asami.

"Come on guys, It'll be fun! So, double date?" Bolin said with his eyebrows up.

"Uhh. I don't think so, Bo. We're going to the park." mako said awkwardly.

"Oh! What a coincidence! It's our destination too right Korra? Come on, don't be such a killjoy big brother. Asami, it's okay with you right?" Bolin said as he jokingly punched his brother's shoulder.

"U-Uhh. Sure, I guess?" Asami said shyly. Korra face-palmed. I shouldn't have let him help. Korra thought.

"Yes! Wohoo! So come on guys!" Bolin exclaimed.

"Uhm. We'll just get the car." Asami said awkwardly. Mako followed her and Bolin and Korra left alone. Korra slapped Bolin.

"What the hell are you doing Bolin?!" Korra said.

"Woah Woah. Chill Korra. Don't you see this is the perfect time to make her jealous? Korra, I know what I'm doing. Just pretend to be sweet okay? And I'm on the rest." the earth bender said and winked.

"The car's ready. Come on." Mako called them. Bolin held Korra's hand and headed to Asami's car. Mako sat on the front seat.

"After you." Bolin said sweetly and offered his hand to Korra.

"Thanks! What a gentleman." Korra said and smiled. The heiress frowned a little. Asami started to drive headed to the park. It was a bit awkward for both of the girls because it's one of their favorite places as a couple. And it's the place where they first met each other. Asami parked the car and everyone went out.

"Korra! Be careful." Bolin said sweetly. He's like a boyfriend accompanying his girlfriend. Mako smirked at his brother while Asami frowned. Korra looked at Asami and she saw her rolled her eyes.

"Come on, Mako." the heiress said as she grabbed Mako away from the two. There is such an irritation in Asami's voice. As they got away, Bolin giggled.

"See? Asami's jealous!" Bolin whispered and laughed.

"Yeah. She stared at me like she's gonna kill me." Korra added before she chuckled.

Sorry for cliffhanger again. ^^ Hope you like it guys. And for those who's still confused, Asami knew that Mako and Bolin were benders. They were childhood friends since Asami's mom was still alive. So she continued to trust the brothers. Sooo.. what do you think? Comment and vote ;)))
