Rachel's POV

I was laid on my bed. Suddenly a rock hit my window.

Damien:Rachel!

I looked outside the window.

Rachel:You scared me.

Damien:Back up. I'm coming up.

I took a few steps back. Then Damien was standing in my room. He walked closer to me.

Damien:Look. I'm sorry.

I stopped him.

Rachel:For what?

Damien:I wish I could explain. But literally... Can't

He walked in my room.

Damien :Did you ever kept a secret? One that wasn't yours to share? Well that's what it's like for me. But worse. You have no idea how tight I'm bound.

Rachel:I hate this. I hate what they've done to you.

He saw my necklace that my mom had gave me. The full moon and the M.

Damien: I mean the killer part is you already know.

I looked at him in curiosity. I looked again at his tattoo.

Rachel: There's gotta be something. That you can do.

Damien:No I'm in it for life.

Rachel:Maybe we should just get out of here for awhile. We'll just leave. Just you and me.

Damien:You'd do that?

Rachel:I would do that for you.

Damien:Its not something I can run away from Rachel. But I would run away with you. If I could. I gotta go. They'll start wondering where I am.

He looked at me standing there with my head down almost crying.

Damien: Come here.

He hugged me.

Damien:Bye Rachel.

He turned around to leave from the window.

Rachel :But Damien. Damien wait...

He jumped off the window and started running. I looked at him shocked. I wishpered "Damien"

I am in my car with Irene. I'm driving. We talk and laugh. Suddenly I see a man on the road. I turn my wheel and the car crashes.

I wake up on my bed. Every night the same nightmare. I take my car keys and drive my car to Damien's house. The man that Damien lives with opens the door.

Charlie: Rachel.

Rachel:I need to see him.

Charlie:He's not in.

I pass through him.

Rachel:Look I'm sorry but I really need to see him.

Charlie:Rachel.

I head to Damien's room. I open the door and see him sleeping. I look outside his window and see Sam with the rest of the group.



I walk towards them.

Rachel :What did you do? What did you do?

I pushed him.

Paul:Hey!

Sam:Easy.

Rachel :He didn't want this.

Paul:What did we do? What did he do? What did he tell you? Hmm?

Sam:Both of you calm down.

Rachel :Nothing. He told me nothing cause he's scared of you.

They all laughed. I slapped him.

Karlos:Too late now.

Sam:Rachel get back.

Paul did something like growling. I stepped back.

Sam:Paul calm down now.

Paul fell down and in seconds he turned into a wolf.



I panicked. He came closer to me. I started running. Damien stepped out of his house.

Damien:Rachel!

Rachel: Run!

Damien ran toward me.

Rachel :Damien, run!

I fell down, Damien jumped and he also turned into a wolf.



He attacked Paul. They faught. I looked at them. I lost them when they entered the forest.

Sam:Take Rachel back to Emily's place.

We arrived at a house in the woods. The two boys that accompanied me got out of the car. I was sitting next to driver's seat looking in front of me on the horizon.

Leo:Cmon in Rachel. We won't bite.

Karlos:Speak for yourself.

I got out of the car and followed them in the house. A woman was by the counter. She had a long scratch on her face. She looked at me.

Emily:Who's this?

Leo:Rachel McCall. Who else?

Emily:So you're the true alpha's daughter.

Rachel :You know me?

Karlos:Of course. Damien can't stop talking about you.

She placed a plate with muffins on the table. The two boys grabbed some.

Emily:Save some for your brothers. And ladies first. Muffin?

Rachel:Sure. Thanks.

Emily:Leave it to Damien to find a way around Sam's gag order.

Rachel:Oh he didn't tell me anything.

Karlos:It's a wolf thing. Alpha's orders get obeyed whether we want em to or not. Oh and check it out. We can hear each others thoughts.

Leo: Would you shut up? These are trade secrets. Damn it. This chick's dad is a true alpha.

Rachel: Actually a true alpha isn't the first monster I've met.

They all looked at me with curiosity.

Then Sam walked in. Behind him was Paul with Damien. Damien stood next to the door while Paul sat on a chair and turned around to face me.

Paul:Sorry.

I nodded and smiled, then i turned to look at Damien. We walked outside to talk. We were walking at a beach.

Rachel:So you're a werewolf.

Damien:Yep. Last time I checked.

Rachel:Well can't you find a way to just stop?

Damien:It's not a lifestyle choice Rachel. I was born this way. I can't help it.

Rachel:I mean, your dad is a vampire how are you a werewolf.

Damien:You know about my dad?

Rachel :Lucien Castle? Yes.

Damien:He's not my dad. He just raised me. I haven't seen him for years. The only thing I know is that he's looking for something.

I sighed.

Rachel:I know what it is.

Damien:?

Rachel:Me.
