The Right Arm

Rachel's POV
We keep walking for a while and then I sit down holding my leg.

Thomas :You ok?

Thomas and Brenda look at me while I raise my trouser leg. When I do a bite is revealed.

Rachel:Perfect. That thing bit me.

I stand up.

Thomas :You ok?

Rachel :Yeah. Let's keep moving.

We arrive at a place with many people. We stand outside a place that looks like a club.

Brenda:Hey, we're looking for a guy named Marcus? He runs this place.

She says to a man standing there.

??? :If you're looking for Marcus you should look in Zone B

Thomas:What is Zone B?

??? :The place where we keep the bodies.

Rachel:Well, Have you seen our friends? They're in our age. A girl is with them. Dark long hair.

??? :Well they might be inside. But first you'll drink this so you can get in.

He hands us a bottle with a green liquid in it.

Thomas :What's this?

??? :Just drink. Or you'll stay out here.

I grab the bottle and take two sips. Brenda take sit after me and then Thomas.

??? :Great. You kids enjoy the party.

He pushes us in.

Brenda:We should split up.

I nod feeling a bit dizzy. I look around and everything is twisting. I see a girl in front of me. With blonde hair and brown eyes. She smiles at me. Suddenly her face is covered with blood and she's screaming. I close my eyes for a second and the girl disappears. I turn around and I see another girl who looks like me, but she has an evil smile. Suddenly her eyes turn black and she has veins on her face. Then I fall down and slowly close my eyes.

I wake up on a bed. I sit up and Teresa sits next to me.

Teresa:You ok? We found you on the floor.

I nod and I see Jorge hitting the man who gave us drinks.

Jorge:Tell me where is the Right Arm Marcus or I swear I'll kill you.

Marcus:You enjoy beating me up right?

Jorge :Tell me. I'm not afraid to feed you to the cranks.

Marcus :Fine. They hide in the mountains. They move a lot. I know where they are now but you can't walk there.

Jorge smiles.

Jorge:Why don't you tell me where Bertha is?

Marcus:No not Bertha.

After Marcus tells us where Bertha is, who by the way is a car, we drive to the mountains. We stop the car and get out. What I see in front of me is disappointing.

Jorge:I guess we start walking from here.

In front of us there are 5 cars on a row blocking our way. We look around for a while and then someone fires at us. Gunshots are heard throughout the place. We hide behind the cars and when the gunshots stop...

Jorge:Everyone OK?

He takes lots of positive answers. After a while I hear a woman's voice telling us to stand up with our hands on our heads. We do as she says and we all look at her.

??? :Aris?

Aris:Harriet?

They hug and we all look with a confused look

Minho:You two know each other?

Aris :Yeah, we were together in the maze.

We nod and then we follow her when she tell us to.

Harriet :Welcome to the Right Arm.

We look around and we see tents. They have lots of weapons and supplies.

Thomas:I thought that Right Arm was an army.

??? :We are and army. We just lost a few people and we are a bit unorganized. Who are these people Ashley?

Harriet:They're immunes Vince.

Vince:Have you check on them?

Harriet :Well Aris is my friend and I trust him.

Vince:I don't. Check them.

A man notices the wound on my leg and he orders me to raise my trouser leg. When I do it everyone backs down and threaten me with their guns. My friends get in the way protecting me

Thomas :Don't. She's not dangerous.

Vince:She's infected.

Thomas:Well we thought that you might help.

He lowers his gun.

Vince:I can,... get her out of her misery.

Thomas :No!

Newt:Don't!

Rachel:Look, I feel fine and I got bitten almost one day ago. Isn't that a good sign?

He lowers his gun again.

Vince :Well we have some herbs that will give some more time. Mary!

A woman appears and she orders me to follow her. After she outs some herbs on ym wound she tells me to rest. I look again at my leg and see that it's now healed. I til my head on the side confused. I get up again and walk outside. I take a deep breath and start walking up the mountain. I look at the horizon. After a while Teresa walks up.

Thomas's POV
I sit with the guys. After a long time we can finally relax.

Thomas :Where are the girls?

Newt:Up there.

He shows me the mountain and I see the two girls looking at the sunset. I go up there too. They haven't heard me so I can hear what they're talking about.

Rachel:You have to understand

Teresa:I do. And you're right about -

They turn to face me. Rachel's eyes are watery.

Thomas:Are You ok?

Rachel:I'm sorry Thomas. I had to do it. I had made a promise.

I look behind the two girls and I see helicopters's lights.

Thomas :Rachel what did you do? What did you do?!

I run down the mountain but when I do something explodes in front of me.
