Epilogue

Rachel's POV
I open my eyes and I see that I'm still in our house in New Orleans. I get up but there's no one here. I get downstairs but nothing. I get outside and I see many people walking towards Bayou. I follow them but with my vampire speed I arrive faster. I walk in the forest and towards the lake. When I arrive I see a boat and two people next to her.

??? :Let me get in your boat. Do you want me to kill you?

Rachel : Um... Hello?

The man turns around.

Rachel: You.

??? : The Tribrid with the two extra powers.

Rachel: What are you doing here? You were supposed to be dead.

??? : Well apparently I'm still dead.

Rachel: That means that... I died?

He nods.

Rachel :Great. I died and I'm trapped in this place with Lucien Castle.

Lucien: Exactly.

Rachel: Why are you trying to get in the boat?

Lucien: So I can get on the other side. But he won't leave me.

Rachel: Other side?

Lucien: Peace.

Rachel: Oh. Well I'll try to pass so.. Byee.

I get towards the person next to the boat. I notice that he looks like a skeleton.

Rachel: Um... Hello?

The skeleton shows me the boat telling me to get in.

Lucien : No. You can't let her pass. She's done many awful things. She's worse than me.

I get in the boat and sit. The skeleton gets in too and after a while we arrive on the other side. He leaves me on the sore and leaves. I start walking not knowing where to go. After a while I hear voices behind me.

Voice 1: So wanna go meet more people?

Voice 2 : Don't get me wrong but I wish our friends were here.

Voice 3 : You know that they have to die to come here right?

Voice 2: I know, and one of them can't die.

Voice 4: Who knows? Nature always finds loopholes.

Rachel: Hey guys.

They all look at me.

Voice 2: Rachel? H-how are you here? You basically can't die.

Rachel: Well I did die.

They all run to hug me. Winston, Alby, Chuck, Teresa, Newt.

Rachel: Yeah I missed you too.

Chuck: It's so good you're here.

Teresa: wasn't that a bit mean?

Newt: Yeah a little. And why is it good that she's here? You think that she can get us out of here? No. It's not the maze.

??? :Rachel?

I turn around and when I face the person in front of me, I put my hand on my mouth trying not to cry. I run to hug her and she hugs me back.

Rachel: Oh my God Irene. I missed you so so much. I'm sorry that you died because of me.

Irene: It's OK. It wasn't your fault. How are my parents?

Rachel: I don't know... After the accident we lost touch of them.

Irene: I get it.

We all start walking into the woods.

Rachel : So, everyone comes here? Everyone with a good heart?

Irene : Yes.

Rachel: Everyone everyone?

Irene: Yes!

Rachel: OK next question. Have you seen Damien?

Irene: Hmm.... I don't think so. No. Why?

Rachel: Because I killed him...

Newt: You killed him too? Wow they should make a warning sign with you.

Rachel : Ha ha.

Chuck: You still have your powers?

Rachel: Actually yes I do.

I say that and I make a light ball.

Chuck: Cool.

Alby: Yeah when Newt and Teresa told us what happened after you left the maze we couldn't believe that you had powers.

Rachel : Hmm... I wonder... There is one person who is here and I'm sure she's here. I close my eyes and with my hands I make a colourful aura. Then I throw it in the air.

After a while a person appears.

??? : Nice way calling me.

Rachel: Hello Hope.

I hug her

Hope: So you died huh?

Rachel: Yeah... I wanted to call you because I wanted to ask you if you had seen Damien

Hope: I'm sorry but I haven't seen him. He might be somewhere here around.

We keep walking and after a while we arrive at the lake where I was before.

Teresa: Hey look. The boat comes with another one.

We all look at the boat that is in the middle of the lake.

Chuck: Who you think it is?

Rachel: Well,... It could be my mom. She could have had a heart attack after my death. They must have worried so much.

Hope:Well if you want you can contact with them.

Rachel: Really?

Hope: Yeah. With your powers. Here take this.

She hands me a piece of paper.

Hope: Write what you want to tell them and then think of where you want it to go.

I write it and then I think of the house's living room. Then suddenly the paper floats in the air and with a sparkle it disappears.

??? : Well I've seen you do many amazing things and this was another one.

I turn around and I see him. I let a tear fall and I run to hug him

Rachel: Damien!

Damien: Hello to you too.

Rachel: I'm so sorry. It was all my fault. I killed you.

Damien: No Rachel. You didn't kill me. It was just a moment of weakness and your powers took advantage of it.

I look at him with a great smile. Then I put my hands around his neck and I kiss him. I get a bit back and I look at him.

Rachel : I love you.

Damien: Me too.

We lean our heads against each other and I whisper.
