*HIGHLY RECCOMMEND LISTENING TO THE SONG WHILE READING*

"Hold up, you mean to tell me, these people who just showing up at the island been watching these couples the entire time?"

Spencer asked his girlfriend as they were cuddled up on his couch at his house after leaving the gang at the cabin to gain some privacy with one of their infamous movies/tv-show nights. Their plans for an romantic getaway just the two of them turned into an group trip with the quickness so when they had the chance to sneak away, they did. Olivia had her head leaned on his shoulder while his arm was around her waistline, as she pointed at the tv explaining the show to her boyfriend. The show was called, love island.

"Pretty much, and then they can like swoop in and figure out which couples to target after seeing their weaknesses" Spencer shook his head pressing his hand to the side of  his head with an unimpressed expression. He never really enjoyed the things they watched together, he just did it because he knew Olivia liked it and he lost his ability to tell her no, since they went from just best friends to now full fledge dating.

"That's wild babe" Olivia laughed at his reaction looking up seeing the slight annoyance written across his face.

"We can watch something else"

"Nah, I mean, it's cool, it's whatever," Olivia had sat up a little to look at her boyfriend then came back down resting her head on his shoulder checking around, noticing the time on the clock on the wall.

"It's getting pretty late anyway though, I should probably head out, before your mom gets back" The teenage girl sat up pushing her curls back into place.

"No need, she already texted me, saying she's staying at an friend's house" Spencer informed his girlfriend as her ears perked hearing that about her future mother in law possibly getting busy on her own accord.

"Oooooooohh, oooookay okay Ms. Graaacee, I see you"

"Nuh-uh, chill wit all that,"

"Babe she-"

"Chill, Liv, chill" Spencer gave her a stern look with her laughing off his disdain with imagining his mother's extracurricular activities outside of their household and her title of mom. Olivia may have been good with it but Spencer made it very clear that he wasn't for any of that.

"I'm just saying, mama needs some lovin too baby" Spencer groaned loudly making sure she heard him hoping she would stop this kind of talk. She threw her hands up in defense, getting the picture and surrendering to the glare he was giving her. She settled back into his side, with her head back in its rightful place on his shoulder and he peeled his eyes back to the show on the screen. Few moments of silence came before Olivia decided to speak up. Her fingers played on his chest as she looked down and not directly at him.

"So I know...., we agreed that, we weren't gonna rush and we were gonna take things slow..." She started. He nods his head silently, his eyes still glued to the tv.

"Yeah?" He answered in that low tone, reserved for her ears and her ears only.

"I'm all for taking things slow, I mean we did wait so long to be together but were here now and I couldn't be happier. However, we have been crushing on each other for two years, I don't think it can get much slower than that" She chuckles lightly playing with her fingers.

"You're not wrong, and we do have the house to ourselves" Her head lifted from his shoulder doing a peripheral around the room before turning to him.
