"I cheated too! Tell her Liv!" The spotlight on the stage surrounded a very drunken Asher as he started to spill his and Olivia's hidden secret, which also happened to be the day she truly hit rock bottom with her addiction. Olivia's eyes lowered in shame as her head turned in her former best-friend's face of confusion. Layla and Olivia eyes matched at the very second of Asher's next statement.

"Tell her how her boyfriend and her best friend slept together, a long time ago, come on don't be shy now, tell he-!" Asher was cut off by Olivia's dad snatching the microphone from his hand pushing him off the stage.

"That's enough Asher!" Billy whispered through his ear dragging him away. Spencer, Jordan, Olivia, and Layla all looked up at the same time. Jordan shook his head down embarrassed by his best-friends behavior and his lack of respect for his sister. On the other hand, Layla and Olivia's eyes met up as she tearfully stared at her former best friend, betrayal and hurt written all over her face. As Liv moved to speak, Layla turned towards the door and running out in tears. Spencer took one look at her then at Liv before Liv jetted out of the gym chasing after Layla.

"Layla! Layla wait! Please," Olivia walked behind her as she came to a slow stop, with her hands on her hips, turning to face her, as the tears fell from her face.

"Let me explain okay, I-"

"Is it true? Did you sleep with him?" Olivia swallowed hard looking away from her as she answered the question.

"Yes...."

"Unbelievable!" Layla threw her hands up before throwing them across her chest. Olivia let out an deep sigh.

"I'm...so, so, so, sorry Layla, I didn't mean fo-"

"You had me up in your face, confiding in you about me and him and you knew what it was this whole time, you let me pour my heart out to you!"

"That wasn't my choice Layla, you asked for my opinion, and I gave it" Olivia defended herself, failing miserably. As the heated argument continued, Spencer and Chris were seen running up close to where the girls were standing.

"Olivia" Chris called out to her with Spencer looking in the girls directions with a worried expression.

"Yeah, cuz I thought I was talking to my best-friend, not a treacherous bitch!" Layla screamed in her face as Olivia took a step back, feeling a bit stunned from that. Olivia peered down sucking her teeth with one hand to her hip.

"Wow...you know, you are such a hypocrite. Correct me if I'm wrong but you went after Spencer, knowing how I felt about him, while in a relationship of your own so I get that your mad, but you don't get to do that"

"Going after someone you liked and sleeping with someone's boyfriend is not the same thing!" Layla argued.

"Your right, it's not. I was high on drugs when I slept with Asher, what's your excuse when you kissed Spencer at the café" Olivia shot back as Layla scoffed slowly backing away forcefully wiping away her tears.

"Well, thank you for the enlightening advice" Layla strutted off not giving it a second thought, leaving Olivia in the middle of the hallway. Olivia's eyes lifted to the ceiling as she felt like she couldn't breathe in this moment, making that feeling intensify even more when her head turned to see Spencer and her date, Chris, who had just witnessed the whole conversation.

"Oh great! As if this day could get any worse" Olivia voiced out loud to no one. Spencer reached to touch her arm. He just wanted to make sure she was okay, out of everyone.

"Olivia look I-" She cut him off.

"I KNOW I'M AN HORRIBLE PERSON!" Olivia shouted, frustrated with herself and the situation.

"I'm sorry, I just-everyone is thinking this, and I can't, hear that, from you right now Spencer" She cried walking past him and Chris headed outside. Spencer slipped his hands in his pockets glancing at Chris.

"Go after her, we both know you want too" Spencer's brow narrowed taken back by Chris's statement.

"Chris it's not what you think, she's my friend okay and so are you, you should go after her, see if she's okay"

"Your right Spencer, we are friends, and nothing will change that, but we both know there's more to you and Liv then just a friendship. Like I told you earlier, her non sisterly feelings for you is the true reason behind why I'll never have a real chance with her, it's still something between you too. Maybe you owe it to yourself and her, to find out exactly what that is" Chris shrugged off with a sad grin as he walked in the direction of the gym to join everyone else. Spencer contemplated with himself for about a minute before he ran outside and pursuit of Olivia. One side of him wanted to know if she was okay, the other side of him wanted to know how much truth there was to what Chris had said about them. Was there more between them? Was he missing something? Maybe, but the only way he'd know for sure is if he talked to her. He walked outside as the speckles of rain sprinkled down on his waves.

"Liv?" He turned the corner and found her sitting on one of the benches. She wiped her tears quickly with her head down to her lap.

"Is there room for one more?" Spencer announced causing Olivia to look up at him.

"Sure," She gave a sad smile as he made his way over to the bench, gently placing himself beside her. He intertwined his fingers placing his hands on his leg slightly turning towards her. She continued playing with her fingers never looking his way.

"You, okay?"

"You want the truth or a lie tonight?"

"The truth Olivia, I wouldn't expect anything less" Olivia turned staring into his eyes, that energy that always seemed to draw her in whenever they were close, making its appearance known.

"The night that Asher and I slept together, was...the same night I relapsed. I'm not making any excuses for what I did, but I wasn't in my right mind, I wasn't thinking straight, and clearly neither was he, but regardless of how it went down, I never meant to hurt Layla and I would never want to intentionally. It was a mistake, a huge mistake..." Olivia confessed as Spencer rested his free hand on her thigh, unintentionally caressing her soft skin against his fingertips.

"I believe you Liv, we both know you didn't do this on purpose, and like you said, you wasn't in your right mind, and it may be hard for Layla to understand that right now because she's hurt, but...eventually, she'll come to you and ya'll will work this out, and just for the record, you're not an horrible person, your human like the rest of us and sometimes, humans don't always make the best decisions. That's okay though, because even when you mess up, you can still get up the next day and find a way to turn things around" Spencer says as her face grimaced with an honest smile.

"Thanks, Spencer, you made me feel so much better"

"I try I try" He joked chuckling a little before realizing he was the only one laughing.

"See that's the thing Spence, you always make me feel better, just by being around you" He turned to her the same time she turned to him. Her eyes lowered beneath her lashes to his lips. He returned the same look, gaping deeply into her pretty browns. She leaned in and he grabbed her hand with one swift, their lips inches apart now.

"Liv I-" "

"Shh, don't think Spencer, just do"

She crashed her lips onto his and he welcomed her warmth with his tongue as they began to get lost in one another, with two people unknowingly watching them from afar.

Somethin an little extra, cuz I love ya'll ♥️♥️Okay foreal, goodnight this time!
