"Why didn't you tell me?" Jack muttered, as he followed Lacey down the hallway, Lacey shaking her head. "Because we've spoken about it, it doesn't concern you" Lacey whispered, as Jack scoffed at her, shaking his head. "It concerns me because you're my family" Jack muttered. "And family mean everything" Jack whispered, as Lacey lent against the dressing table, turning to face him. "Okay, I appreciate your concern, I do, and I'm thankful for everything you and Sasha have done for me, and I will forever be thankful" Lacey whispered, but as she looked into Jacks eyes, his face softened, taking in the girl that stood in front of him, she was so different to the girl he once knew, the Lacey he would always remember.

The quiet girl, who only ever dreamt about living her life the way she wanted to, the small fragile girl who wouldn't say boo to a goose, that would easily let people walk over her just to keep them happy, the girl who put up with everything she never deserved just go live another day.
But standing in front of him wasn't that girl he used to know, she was completely different. Full of live, full of hope, full of love.

"I never once said anything, all the times you messed Sash around, all the times you dropped her like she was a hat or jacket whilst you went and played with something new, you always went back to her, and you know that's because deep down you love her" Lacey whispered. "You've made mistakes, youve made your peace, let him make his" Lacey whispered. "His hurt you so many times though Lace" Jack whispered, as he leant back on the small sofa in the room, looking over at her, shaking his head. "I love him Jack, I love him so much it hurts, I know that I'll never be happy without him, I know that his the one I want to grow old with, that I want to sit with at a family event, the one I want to experience the highs and the lows with" Lacey whispered, as she smiled at the thought of being with Mason for the rest of her life, for the future that was being planned, the children she was going to have with him. "I don't know if I can support you guys knowing he cheated on you, and not even cheating when you're away, like he cheated on you in the same building, whilst you found out you was pregnant" Jack muttered, as he ran a hand through his overly longer hair, not wanting to cut it quite yet. "I'm not asking you to support my relationship, im asking you to accept it, or deal with it" Lacey whispered, as Jack shook his head. "And what if I don't Lace? What if I don't want you two together" Jack muttered, as Lacey sighed to herself, looking down at the floor before she looked up at him, tears beginning to line her eyes at the thought of saying the words she was thinking out loud. "Then we have a problem" Lacey whispered, as Jack nodded his head. "I'm not going to let this slide Lace, and I'm damn sure Cal ain't either, does everyone else know?" Jack muttered, as he sat up slightly, still managing to be taller than Lacey whilst he was leant against the arm of the sofa. "I think so yeah" Lacey whispered, choosing to ignore the part about her brother finding out, knowing that it would break him a little, being so happy at that fact his sister was finally happy in life. "I think we need to talk about this some more" Jack muttered, as he licked his lips, his eyes scanning over Lacey again. "Like I said, me and Mase have sorted this between ourselves, I never once interfered with your wrong doings with Sash, so I'd appreciate that you didn't involve yourself with mine" Lacey stated, her voice a little louder than she thought it would be, but she was okay with that, she was getting her point across.
"Then I think we need to call it a day" Jack muttered, as Lacey looked at him, her eyebrow raised slightly, wondering if her or Jack would say the words first.
"I'm gonna go, but don't come to me when he fucks up again" Jack muttered, as he stood up from the sofa, walking to the door, only to turn back briefly to look over at Lacey.
"I didn't want it to come to this Lace, you'll always be like Holly or Kiera to me, you're my little sister, but I'm not gonna sit and watch this go down the same road it did when I was your age" Jack muttered, as he opened the door and left the room, closing the door behind him, as Lacey sighed to herself, looking down at the floor.

Masey;
Is it safe for me to come?

Laces;
Yeah, his gone.

Masey;
Im coming now, I love you

Laces;
I love you too.

But as Lacey stood in the dressing room by herself, her eyes cast around at the empty room, wondering if this is where her life was metaphorically heading.
She did love Mason, she loved him with every bone in her body, never wanting anybody more than she wanted him.
But why did she suddenly feel like she had no one, a room full of people chanting her name, a group of friends who wanted nothing but the best for her, wanting to see her achieve everything she had ever dreamed of.
But why was Jacks words spinning around in her head.
Had she really made a mistake of working everything out with Mason, or was she really just waisting her love on him.

I wanna waste all my love on you, oh..
