"Mason Mount" Sir Gareth Southgate beamed, as Mason walked up to the front of the crowd, shaking his former managers hand, smiling at him. "What a privalage it has been to work alongside you" Mason smiled, as the took a photo together, before Maisey tried to toddle her way over to her dad, Mason lifting her up high and placing her on his shoulders, her football shirt with her Dads name standing proudly on her back.

"So, it's time to get the fun day started, please enjoy" Gareth smiled, as music sounded around the hallway, and the children that were big enough to run across to the bouncy castle, smiling and laughing at each other.

"Lacey" Mia smiled, as she walked over to Lacey, holding her close embracing her in a hug. "Hey, how are you? How's Phil?" Lacey smirked, as she looked over at Phil who was running around chasing Ronnie with the held of Kyle Walker. "Oh, his great" Mia smiled, as Lacey spotted Amber in the corner of the room, cuddled into Tyrone's side, smiling and laughing at something he had said. "You're glowing" Mia smiled, as Lacey smiled back at her. "I could say the same about you" Lacey giggled, as she took in Mias appearances further, her eyes falling at what looked like a smaller baby bump. "Oh you know" Mia giggled, before she walked over to Amber, Phil walking over to the friends and wrapping his arms around Mias waist.
"It still baffles me how they all got together" Mason laughed, as his hands slipped around Lacey's waist, holding her close. "Can you believe they'll be one soon" Mason mumbled. "What do I get them? Is it a car at one?" Mason chuckled, as Lacey rolled her eyes at him. "We agreed a normal upbringing, like me and you had, a car at the age of one isn't happening" Lacey mumbled, as Mason nodded his head. "Do I cancel the pony now too then?" Mason smirked, as Lacey shook her head, watching as Jack and Ben played with Teddy and Maisey, treating them like their own children, that's one thing that Lacey loved about the friendship group, nothing was too big or too small.

"Right, cmon" Mason smiled, as he tugged Lacey out of the room. "Mase, the twins" Lacey mumbled, as Mason shushed her with his lips, a small kiss, but just as passionate as the first one years ago. "They're being watched, I want to show you something" Mason smiled, as he dragged Lacey down the hallway, smiling and laughing with each other.

"Look" Mason whispered, as he pulled Lacey into a dressing room she had never stepped foot in, nor did she ever think she would. "Is this the dressing room for training?" Lacey asked, as she took in the appearance around the room, realising how clean it was, you couldn't tell that over twenty males shared this room everyday when they were here. "Look" Mason smiled, as his hands wrapped around Lacey's waist. "Oh Mase" Lacey giggled, as she looked at Masons corner of the room, seeing his number 19 shirt handing proudly on the coat hanger, as her eyes skimmed down the photos that he hung next to it, photos of the twins over the last year, and photos of Mason and Lacey, and looking at the photos felt like a lifetime ago.
Mason held out a ticket, showing Lacey something she had always dreamed off.

Lacey Louise, Teddy-James, Maisey-Leigh and Mason Tony.

"You didn't!" Lacey exclaimed, as she wrapped her arms around her husbands neck, jumping up into him as his hands held her bum for support. "Our first family holiday" Mason smiled, as Lacey kissed his lips, smiling into him.
"I'm so excited" Lacey giggled, as Mason smiled at her. "I do wonder if you're the kid sometimes" Mason teased her. "We need to go and pack now" Lacey giggled, as she dug her face into his chest, just enjoying the moment, having kids felt like they never had alone time anymore, but she wouldn't change it for the world. "You're forgetting our children are down the hallway" Mason smirked, as Lacey rolled her eyes at him. "I remember" Lacey smiled, as they walked hand in hand down to the hallway, Lacey wearing Minnie Mouse ears, as Mason laughed at his wife, he knew he was the luckiest person alive in that moment, and he would do anything he could to live in that moment forever.

"This is perfect" Lacey whispered, as she sat leant against the balcony, the twins sound asleep in their room, as Lacey and Mason stood waiting for the fireworks over the castle. "A perfect end to a perfect year" Mason whispered, as he leant his head on her shoulder. "Could you of imagined if I never came back from LA?" Lacey whispered, as she heard Mason sigh. "Always know how to ruin a moment" Mason mumbled. "I think we would of still found our way back to each other" Mason whispered, as he placed a kiss on her cheek. "Really?" Lacey whispered.
"I knew it was you Lace, I always knew it was you, and you always knew it was me, you come back from LA with no plans, I feel like it was always meant to be" Mason whispered, as he laced their hands together, smiling at the wedding bands that sparkled in the light from the sky above them.
"It's always been you Lacey Mount" Mason smiled, "I'll never get tired of saying that" Mason whispered, as Lacey smiled at him. "I love you so much" Lacey whispered, as Mason kissed the side of her head.

Mason always knew that Lacey was his person, even when Lacey pushed him away, time and time again, all she wanted was for him to remember them at their best, and appreciate that they had good times together.

Please Remember Me like this, beautiful and delicate, because things get ugly way too quick, and right now we're just so perfect, so please, remember me, just like this.
