chapter 12

Neymar's POV

I was just with Rafa and others when Cia came towards me looking angry and furious. Then she just let out things about not talking to me and stuff. She said she was better off alone in England. I was hurt by her words and angry at Bruna for acting like a bitch to her. She just stormed outside before I could say anything. 

Rafa ran after her and I ran after Rafa. I was behind Rafa in my car, she was driving at full speed that she didn't notice a red light. Then suddenly a truck hit. Her car flew and landed harshly on the ground. I ran towards her; all I could see was blood everywhere, I carried her to my car and took her to the hospital, and called everyone. I knew Cia wouldn't pick up my call so I asked mom to call her. Everyone was crying. What is happening today I can't lose two important people in life.

Cias POV

I hurried towards the hospital. I saw everyone was already there Ney, his parents, and my parents. "How is she, aunty?" I asked Mrs. Santos but she didn't speak a word, she was crying and crying.

 "She broke her hand and had a serious cut on her head with bruises all over her body. She lost too much blood." Ney told me.

I went to see her, there she was all with bandages and a cast on her hand. I sat next to her. "I'm sorry Rafs. It's all because of me. I should have stopped when you told me to." I sat there crying when Ney entered.

"Everyone left Im staying for the night. You want to stay or go?" He asked me

"I will stay," I replied still crying. He came to hug me. I hugged him tight and just let my tears flow. I cried even harder. Ney just let me cry for a while. After a while, I pulled away from him and wiped my tears.

"I'm sorry Cia. I don't know what Bruna told you. But please don't tell me to get away from your life. I lost you once I don't wanna lose you again." Ney started crying.

I don't want to lose Ney or Rafs. I don't care what people will say or how many fights I have to take with Ney's girlfriend, even if he doesn't feel anything for me I will just stay as his friend for a lifetime. I hugged him and said " It's okay Ney. Don't cry, please. I'm sorry too for saying all those things to you. No matter what I will never leave."

 He looked at me with puffy eyes "Promise??"

"Promise." I laughed at him and he smiled.

 "Seriously Cia I didn't know you could shout like that in front of all those people...!!!" He teased me

"Shut up Ney." I punched him.  "But seriously what problem has all your girlfriends got with me."

 "Well, I talk about you all the time with them." He winked

"Yeah right. You liar" We were in the waiting room the whole night talking and talking just talking about life and stuff it felt good after such a long time.

We went to check on Rafs every 2 hours though. The next morning Mrs. Santos came to the hospital and we went home to freshen up.

"I will pick you up after an hour okay, "Ney said

"Okay.." I smiled.

I took a power nap, then a shower then I got ready to go to the hospital. Ney came to pick me up and we went. Mrs. Santos told us that Rafs awake. We went running to meet her.

"Rafs. I'm sorry." I hugged her. 

"It's alright Cia but as a punishment, you have to talk to Ney like before. Forgive him please." She said. 

"Ummm about that.. we talked everything out, yesterday sis." Ney smiled.

"Really... I love you guys." She hugged us both but flinched because of the pain.

"You should take it slow Rafs, at least for a week," I told her

"Ney baby.." and here came Bruna again. "This all happened because of you. Are you happy now?" Why is she such a bitch all the time? Before I could say anything. "Stop it, Bruna," Ney shouted at her, and Rafs and I stared at each other.

"What..???" She was shocked to get such a reaction.

 "Bruna let's go outside we need to talk." They both left and Rafs and I was still in a state of shock. 

"So what really happened yesterday? Tell me all about it." Rafs was too eager to know. 

"Ummm well after I left from there I went home packed my bag and left for the airport... then..." she interrupted me " What you were gonna leave? I would have come to England and killed you."

 "Shhh...listen first," I told her. "Then I got a call from your mom and I came here, I saw you and I couldn't help myself so I sat next to you and cried. While I was crying Ney came in and he hugged me, I continued crying for a long time and finally, I stopped then Ney told me that he was sorry for everything and asked me to forgive him and he started crying. I felt really bad and I thought it all happened because of my stupid feelings so I didn't want to lose either of you and I said to him it was okay. Then we sat all night and talked and talked for almost all night."

 "Awwww I'm so happy finally the two best people of my life are back again." She tried hugging me but I stopped her because I know she will flinch in pain again.

 And we just sat there wondering what Ney and Bruna were talking about. And finally, he came alone.

Neymars POV

I finally got my Cia back and I couldn't stand a second when Bruna blamed everything. I told her to shut up and took her out to the waiting room to talk. 

"What's with you, Bruna? Why are you doing that to Cia?" I asked her 

"Because I have seen the way you look at her and I mean she's always around why? Who is she? And how come your sister, your son, your friends, your teammates, and even Carolina all know her? And the most annoying thing is everyone likes her" She just asked me a lot of questions. 

"She's someone who has been there in our life for a long time now. Even before you and she's my best friend so try being nice to her." I told her

"But you never mentioned her before? Where was she all this time then huh??" She was just irritating me with her question. 

"Wherever she was is not your business. And I don't have to mention my important persons to you." I started to get angry. 

"What did you say? I'm your girlfriend who can be more important than me?" Was she joking with me with that question?

"My parents, Davi, Rafs, and Cia these are the most important people in my life got it, Bruna," I told her

"She's more important than me? Chose Ney you want her or me." She made it easier for me I wanted to break up with her and this was my way out. 

"I chose Cia. Anyways I was gonna tell you this. I'm breaking up with you Bruna." She looked shocked "But why? No, Ney please don't! I love you." She said

"No Bruna you don't love me. If you did then tell me why are you never around when something bad happens when I need someone to talk to? You're only with me when we go out to parties and stuff and that's not love." With that, I left and went where Cia and Rafs were.

Cias POV

We were just wondering about Ney and Bruna when he finally came.

"So what happened? Where is Bruna?" Rafs asked. 

"She left. We broke up." He was cool not sad or anything. 

"Why?" I asked him. 

"Just I wanted to break up with her for a long time but hadn't figured out how. But today I just did." He looked at me. 

"Aren't you sad?" I looked at him 

"No why should I be? actually, I am happy." He smiled and I didn't bother him with another question and Rafs was smiling to herself. 

"What's with you Rafs? why are you smiling?" I asked her.

 "Nothing I'm just happy to see you guys together." She smiled.
