Tears rolled out from my eyes I couldn't stop myself from crying. Rafs hugged me and tried comforting me but it hurts me to see what I saw. Next thing I know everything went blank.

Rafs POV
I was chatting with some of my friends when I got a message from Marc. I was shocked to see it. He sends me a pic of Ney with a girl in his home in Barcelona kissing her. I hurriedly replied to him and he told me that he's with that girl for a month now. And she stays with him in his home. I asked him how old that picture but he said that it was recent now actually right now they were together.

I hurriedly call Ney. "Hy bro where are you?" I asked him.

"Im at home sis. What's up?" H asked me.

"Just called nothing much. What's that sound is someone there?" I asked him.

"Ya Marcs here." He said.

"Okay, bro call ya later bye." Saying that I disconnected the call and hurriedly went to Cia's room and talked to her. I showed her the pic and messages and she started crying real loud and the next thing I know she fainted. I called pai and we took her to the hospital. The doctor checked her and came out.

"Has she been through any trauma or anything?" The doctor asked.

"Yeah kind of." I said

"Well we are sorry to say but she was really weak and this trauma has caused her very deep loss we are sorry." He said.

"What are you talking about? What loss?" Pai asked him.

The doctor looked shocked "come inside I will tell you." We followed him inside and saw Cia was awake.

Cias POV

When I opened my eyes I saw I was in a room that didn't look like my room, I looked around and realized I'm in a hospital. I recalled what happened. How could Ney do that to me? How could he cheat me? Suddenly the door opened and I saw a doctor, Rafs, mãe, and pai. They came in and hugged me. The doctor looked at me.

"So cia how are you feeling?" He asked me.

"I'm fine doctor," I answered.

"I'm going to ask you a few questions okay." He asked and I nodded my head.

"Can you remember when was the last time you had your period?" He asked.

"Hmmm well, it was 2-3 months ago. I can't remember exactly I'm really late." I answered.

"Okay now have you been eating properly?" He asked again. I couldn't understand what was going on.

"Hmm well not really. My mom passed a few months ago and since then I haven't eaten properly." I answered.

"That means we were weak physically and mentally too. Cia because you were already too weak your body couldn't handle the trauma you got so you fainted and..." he looked at me with a serious look.

"And, what doctor?" I asked him.

"You were late so didn't you check whether you were pregnant or not." He said and I shook my head and looked at Rafs and Mãe they had tears in their eyes.

"What's going on? Are you telling me I'm pregnant?" I widened my eyes.

"Yes you were... but because of your carelessness and trauma im sorry to say you lost your child." The doctor said.

I couldn't believe it. How could I not notice it.
