[Camille]

I slowly woke up and the first thing I saw was James's beautiful face, still sleeping peacefully.

His strong arms were wrapped around me in a protective way, like he was scared of losing me if he'd let go. He was sleeping on his side, his warm body resting against mine while I was lying on my back. One of his legs was wrapped around me as well, making me smile.

His blonde locks were sprawled out on the pillow, his dark eyelashes resting on his cheeks and his pink lips were slightly parted.

His skin looked soft and his chest rose and fell at a steady pace, touching my shoulder every time it did. His sent was the only thing I could smell, as I was so close to him and, well, it was his bed in his room, in his house, after all.

There was just enough light shining through the windows so I could see every feature of his face individually, my eyes scanning it slowly; from his soft-looking hair that rested on his forehead to his eyelashes and the mole right below his right eye, to stop at his beautiful lips.

I almost jumped up when his alarm clock went off, making James frown in his sleep.

I watched him slowly opening his eyes and I quickly looked at something else so he wouldn't notice I was staring at him while sleeping and wouldn't think I was a complete weirdo.

He closed his lips and quickly licked them, blinking a few times to let his eyes adjust to the lighting and rubbed them to get rid of the sleep, flipping his hair out of his face.

As soon as he realised what was going on and that I was there too, he smiled at me and turned off the alarm, the room turning quiet again.

He laid himself down on his back and sighed with a smirk, turning his face to me. I couldn't hold back a smile myself as he simply looked cute with his hair all messed up from sleeping, and I wiped a curl out of my own face.

"Goodmorning Millie" his raspy morning voice filled my ears, making shivers run down my spine. I bit my lip softly and rubbed my own eye. I was glad that I hadn't had any nightmares that night, as I didn't want James to see me like that again; he had already one time, and I really didn't like to think back at that moment.

"Goodmorning James" I almost whispered, my own voice being affected by the early hours as well.

He smiled at me for a few seconds and then we got up, going downstairs, still in our pyjamas, to have breakfast with Claire as Phil was already off to work. His father worked pretty hard so Claire could be a house mother, and I thought that was very sweet.

When we entered the kitchen, Claire had already set the table and the second we walked in the room, she told us we looked cute with our matching Winnie the Pooh T-shirts, making me blush and James roll his eyes.

We sat down next to each other and I ate some strawberry flavoured yoghurt before making my lunch for school.

When James was ready as well, we went upstairs again and changed into our clothes for the day, James in his room, me in the bathroom. We brushed our teeth and hair together and he laughed when I told him I still couldn't tie my hair up in a ponytail because of the hickey.

We put on our jackets and shoes and then left on our bikes, being stared and waved after by a very happy and proud Claire in the doorway of the house.

"I'm sorry, I don't know why my Mum gets so excited" James apologised with a low voice, adding an awkward little laugh to his words. I chuckled and shook my head, the cold wind hitting my cheeks and stinging my nose. "It's okay. I think it's very sweet."
