[Camille]

I stared into my own eyes, which were a little widened. My hair was in a ponytail, with the baby hairs present as always, and I swallowed a bit nervously.

I slowly started to tilt my head to the side, gently pushing all the thin curls in front of my ears out of the way as I kept looking at myself, and there it was, between the moles in my neck: a big, purplish-reddish spot.

I slowly reached towards it and touched it with a fingertip, but quickly recoiled my hand when it kind of hurt.

I put my head in a normal position again and sighed while looking at myself; I couldn't go to the party with my hair in a ponytail, the hickey was way too visible that way. I untied my hair and brushed it, sighing again when I saw it looked like a small explosion had taken place, but there was no other option as I really didn't want people to see what James had done last night.

Not that I minded though, I hated to admit the fact that I didn't dislike it, but every time I thought about it, my cheeks turned burning red.

I took a deep breath in and checked one last time if my hair covered the hickey, and then went downstairs, putting on my jacket and shoes and rushing to the garage when the bell rang, signaling that James was there.

I grabbed my bike and went to the front of my house, where James was waiting on his bike and he chuckled when he saw that my hair was untied.

"Your hair's untied" he stated, making me chuckle.

"Yeah, because of that hickey" I mumbled a bit ashamed, and he chuckled amused. "Oh yeah" he said, obviously being sarcastic and I shook my head with the biggest smile.

We started biking and he led the way; I biked next to him and he told me in time if I had to take a right or left turn.

We arrived at the house where the party was about 15 minutes later and I could already hear the loud music coming from the inside. A lot of neon lights, changing colour every 2 seconds, were shining through the windows and a lot of people were chilling in the little garden around the house.

I sighed, not completely being a fan of parties, but I felt totally where I belonged when James's hand touched my arm, looking at me with a nice, comforting smile.

We walked up the driveway and entered through the front door, the loud sounds of people laughing, screaming and shouting immediately filling my ears. I couldn't really see who the people were as it was quite dark in there, but James stood next to me and intertwined our fingers as my eyes slowly got used to the dim lighting.

I suddenly noticed Jasmine walking between all the people and my heart skipped a beat; I quickly let go of James's hand.

He looked at me confused and I bit my lip. "I don't think Jasmine seeing us together is a good idea" I murmured in his ear as he wouldn't hear me otherwhise. He seemed to realise what I meant and nodded understandingly, making me smile at how sweet he was.

Jasmine had been acting a bit weird about me and James lately, and I didn't want any unnecessairy dramas to be created at a party.

James looked around the room for a few seconds and then turned his head back to me. "Alright, let's get some drinks, shall we?" he shouted and I chuckled, nodding before following him through the house.

On our way there, we bumped into Noah and Emma and we greeted each other happily, not expecting to see each other.

After a short talk we continued our way through the house and when we reached the drinks, I only grabbed a cup from the table with a little amount of beer as I wasn't sure I liked it, and James grabbed a cup as well.
