[Camille]

I slowly woke up in the large bed, some light already peeking from behind the curtains. It was Saturday, so we could stay in bed for much longer and just sleep as long as we wanted to; even though most Saturdays, I was already awake at at least 7:40 AM.

I took a deep breath in through my nose, my chest rising, and the smell of James filled my senses, pleasantly surrounding me and coming from everywhere. I absolutely didn't mind though, I really liked his sent and it made my stomach go warm, just because I knew it was his.

I suddenly noticed that he was lying against me, his eyes still closed as he was still sleeping peacefully.

One leg was wrapped around mine and an arm was resting on my belly, protectively wrapped around my body. His head was resting on my shoulder, the tip of his nose rubbing the skin of my neck.

His hair also tickled the crook of my neck, and the feeling of his warm breath on my skin made me go crazy.

I closed my eyes and a huge smile appeared on my face when I realised I was really lying in bed, cuddling with James and that it wasn't just a dream. But on the other hand, I could've never even dreamed of anything even close to friendship with him, and looking back, it was actually really stupid. James was friends with everyone, so there was no reason he wouldn't have wanted to be friends with me.

I'd just made it all up in my head, like I always overthink everything. But I was glad it was indeed in my head, as I'd never been happier with anyone else before.

I was snapped back into reality when James slowly moved next to me, his nose gently rubbing all the way down to the crook of my neck, making shivers run down my spine.

A little frown appeared on his face and an annoyed, low growl came from the back of his throat, obviously wanting some more sleep. I tried my best to hold back a chuckle at his actions, wrapping my own arms around him.

A smile appeared on his face and he still hadn't opened his eyes, but just enjoyed the moment with his eyelashes resting on his cheeks.

It suddenly started to smell great in the room, the smell coming from downstairs. James must've noticed it too, as he frowned again.

"I think my Mum made breakfast" he stated in something between a whisper and his normal voice, it being raspy due to the early hour. I felt warm feelings rush through my body when he was talking, his morning voice almost making me blush.

"I think so too" I answered softly with my lips curled into a little smile and my hands found their way to his hair.

"Do you want to go downstairs?" he asked after a short silence and I bit my lip in thoughts, nodding in the end, even though he couldn't see me as his eyes were still closed. "Sure."

He sighed, reaching out to rub the sleep out of his eyes and then pushed his messy hair out of his face, finally opening his eyes to meet the light.

I smiled at him when he frowned and squeezed his eyes shut again, wondering how he even managed to look good when he just woke up.

When he opened his eyes again, he stared at me for a few seconds before a cheeky smirk appeared on his face. His eyes started wandering over my face, only making me smile harder.

"Let's go" he whispered while looking down at my lips.

"Thank you so much for letting me stay here for such a long time, I really appreciate it" I thanked them, the words coming from the bottom of my heart. My eyes shifted from James to his mother, who were both standing in the doorway.
