Amara's P.O.V
After so long, Brennan and I found a venue and it was time for the wedding. Chris, Beatrice, and Jessica gave me a fun bachelorette party a couple of nights before. The day of the wedding made me nervous as hell. We were in the hotel room getting ready. I sat on the chair as Chris was doing my makeup.
"How do you feel?" Jessica asked me.
"Nervous."
"Don't be. Brennan is probably feeling the exact same way," Beatrice assured me.
"Do you think I'm making the right choice in marrying this young?" I asked them.
"I've known you for our whole lives. You may be young but you also found someone who loves and cares for you. You deserve this happiness. Plus you get to live in a penthouse instead of a dorm," Chris told me.
"Thanks, Chris."
"And don't you dare cry on me, your makeup is looking bomb right now," Chris said.
"Thanks again."
"We have about thirty minutes left before this wedding starts," Beatrice said.
"Let's get her hair done and get her into her dress and we will be all set," Jessica said as she grabbed the hairbrush and curling iron.
Once I was all dolled up, we took some pictures with the photographer before heading over to the chapel. It was small but it's perfect. Beatrice and Jessica were going to walk down the aisle first since they were my bridesmaids. And though Chris was my maid of honor, I asked her to walk down the aisle with me.
"You ready?" Chris asked me.
"You promise you won't let me fall?" I asked her.
"Me let you fall? Never," she smiled at me.
"Thanks for giving me away," I tell her.
"Anything for you, Chris smiled as she gave me a hug.
All my nerves seemed to have disappeared the moment I saw Brennan standing at the end. I smiled as Chris and I walked down the aisle. Once we reached the end, Chris gave me a hug before taking my bouquet.
"You look beautiful," Brennan told me.
"Thank you. You look handsome yourself," I smiled.
The reception was much better and less nerve racking than the ceremony. After the photos, we headed to the reception where we started to eat.
"I am so hungry. I feel like I practically starved myself," I told Brennan.
"If you're still hungry afterwards, we can get more food," Brennan told me.
"Might keep your word on that," I smiled. Brennan smiled before giving me a kiss.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I would like you all to give your undivided attention to the new Mr. and Mrs. Kindell as they begin their first dance."
Brennan held my hand as we walked over to the dance floor. I looked up at him as we swayed to the music. Brennan spun me around a little before pulling me close to him again. I giggled a little as I rested my head on his shoulder.
"I love you," Brennan told me.
"I love you too," I tell him.
"I can't wait for our honeymoon," Brennan told me.
"Why's that?" I asked.
"Because I would be able to spoil you more," Brennan told me before kissing my cheek. I smiled up at him before kissing his lips gently and lightly to avoid messing my lipstick.
