Chapt 30

While we're waiting to get onto the plane I start secretly vlogging. "So we're going back to california, sage is coming back with me for the rest of the summer" I start. She looks at me and nods excitedly "I'm so excited! I get to meet her mum and sister this time" she says.

I nod excited "yesss my sisters picking us up" I add. We wave as I end this clip and we go stand in line for bording.

Here goes another 10 and a half hour flight this time around I'm going home with the love of my life. "Oh my god imagine having to bring a baby with us" she whispers.

My stomach flutters and I smile looking at her "where would you want to have our baby?" I ask. "Mmmm probably in america" she answers. "As long as we're together" I say.

She nods and rubs my back gently "you're perfect" she says. I pout behind my mask "you make me the happiest I've ever been" I whisper.

We're next in line so we step up and they scan our tickets and we get to our seats. She has the window seat since I hate it and I'm in the middle and nobody is beside us due to the virus.

About an hour in we're both asleep, our flight left at 11am British standard time which means we should be landing in LA around 1:30pm Pacific standard time.

2 hours in I wake up and she's still sleeping with her head facing my way. I smile admiring her before going off to the bathroom. After using it I quietly update the vlog.

"We're about 2 hours in, we've got eight and a half hours left so I should sleep for a bit more" I whisper. "Sage was sleeping when I woke up so I'll let her sleep" I add leaving the bathroom and stopping the vlog.

I get back and she's just waking up "hey bub" i whisper. "Hi baby" she whispers back. I peck her lips gently and she smiles with her eyes closed "mmm thank you" she whispers. "We should sleep more so our sleep schedule it's weird when we get back" I say.

She nods in agreement "I agree but I would like more kisses" she says. I giggle "just for you" I say. She smiles rubbing my cheek and kissing me, I smile into it deepening it with my eyes closed.

While our lips are connected and my eyes are closed I imagine what our life will be like in the future. She gets citizenship after we're married, we have kids and everything is perfect. I never once felt like this with anyone else, that's how I know she's the one.

After making out for a bit we cuddle up with the arm rest beside us lifted and we fall asleep for the next 5 hours occasionally moving and adjusting how we are laying.

Feeling happy with the amount I've slept I stay awake after going to the bathroom again. Must be the tea and water I had before the flight. Sage still has her head on my shoulder and she's quietly snoring.

When I was a kid flying scared me but it got better and then it got worse when I saw a plane crash but being with sage or having sage in mind while flying helps a lot. She is my safety and my everything.

An hour left safe wakes up again and stays awake, we end up watching the plane on the map get closer and closer to our destination. "So once we've landed and I have my phone connected I'm going to let my sister know so she can make sure she's there" I say.

"Okay, I'm going to let my parents know we're safe" she replies. I couldn't meet her parents this time around but hopefully I can someday even if it's through videochat. "Let them know I'm excited to meet them next time I come and visit" I say. She nods smiling "I will" she says quietly.
