From playboy to loving boyfriend. This is the development Choi Yeonjun has made recently. Eight months have passed in which he has a happy relationship with his soulmate Choi Beomgyu. And the florist could not...

The brown-haired man's eyebrows twitched in disbelief and he couldn't believe what he was hearing.
Did that mean that Beomgyu actually still had feelings after two years?
Of course, it wasn't far-fetched, because Yeonjun had never really had a chance to let go of his feelings when he never knew why. He had never been able to come to terms with it, to see this relationship as over, because he hadn't been given a chance to understand Beomgyu's point of view. The pressure in his chest became so big that Yeonjun had difficulty controlling his pulse and breath. He was upset, furiously angry, hurt. The lonely years had thrown him into a hole from which he had not yet fully emerged. For he had not had someone like Beomgyu to help him out of this hole, as he had had with Taehyun.
He had broken off contact with Kai and Soobin after they could not help him any more than he could. The fact that he had met Wooyoung and San again, who had at least motivated him to go out and also to put the matter behind him, at least outwardly, was merely coincidence. Yeonjun had seen Wooyoung again at his workplace, and he had all but forced him to spend his birthday with him and his friends. Wooyoung was persistent and had a skill for appearing clueless. Just like now. Yeonjun's friends stood behind him, but they didn't really have anything to say about the situation.
"W-w-...," Yeonjun couldn't get any further, the words stuck in his throat. He was suddenly dry as dust and the tears that burned behind his eyes were looking for space.
It was all so misleading.
To Choi Yeonjun, none of it made sense.
Why would you leave someone you loved?
"No, I didn't leave you by choice," Beomgyu said wearily, dragging his feet, feeling that emptiness inside him after his counterpart's eyes filled with tears. "I was faced with a decision, and I had to make it." And Yeonjun of all people should understand how this predicament felt, because he too had had to choose between In and Taehyun back then. Only, as painful as it was, Yeonjun had made the right decision then.
Beomgyu hadn't.
And he would probably never forgive himself for hurting the love of his life like that.
