Completely unexpectedly, the following weekend, Yeonjun's apartment doorbell rang. It couldn't be Huening Kai, because he still had the door code, and Beomgyu was also sitting next to his friend on the couch, who looked questioningly at the older man. "Expecting company?" the younger Choi asked in surprise, also getting up first to open the door for the guest.
"Not that I know of," Yeonjun replied, glancing after his friend as he walked to the front door and yanked it open to see who had rung the bell. Perhaps it could be his friends, who breezed in unplanned. Sure enough, it was San and Wooyoung, dressed in impressive suits.
"Choi family!" exclaimed Wooyoung teasingly, patting Beomgyu on the shoulder, who eyed them perplexedly, and wandered past him into the hallway. Of course, the two already knew that the couple was back together.
"What are you doing here?" asked Yeonjun in astonishment, rising from the sofa. "And why are you wearing that?"
Wooyoung frowned and looked at the florist as if he was suffering from spontaneous dementia. "Did you forget your own brother's wedding?" he asked in wonder, pointing to himself and then to his best friend. "We were going to show you our suits."
"In getting married!?", Beomgyu brought out, his eyes widening in surprise as well as delight and a bit of shock.
"Oh, fuck!" the elder cursed, scratching the back of his head in embarrassment. Through all the commotion, he had totally missed it. It was a big day for his brother and Yeonjun had almost missed it due to the chaos. He slapped the flat of his hand against his forehead. "Damn, yeah, I totally sweated that one."
"You really seem to be more out of it than I thought," San grinned, smoothing down his fancy gray suit. In general, the two of them looked scrumptious.
Beomgyu grinned broadly and glanced at the handsome young man. "In is made for marriage, after all," he remarked before his gaze wandered over the outfits of the two guests. "And you two are Yeonjun's date for the wedding?" he joked with an amused smirk, leaning his shoulder against the wall.
"S-aren't they," the florist grumbled, starting to fiddle with his pants pocket. "He told me to bring friends so I wouldn't get killed in the ceremony."
