Daisy Wood was many things but above all else, she had the ability to see the best in people.

She had never really found the appeal in hurting others for things they couldn't control. In fact, she had once hung onto the legs of a seven-year-old at age three to stop him from making fun of her classmate. However, afterward, she had given said seven-year-old some gummy bears her mother had bought her, saying, "I feel bad for his legs."

She had a tendency to be naive. Throughout her childhood, many Muggle boys and girls had found a way to trick young Daisy into giving them her things. Oftentimes, she would come home without her snack, her toys, or her shoes.

"Daisy, you have to make sure you can trust people before giving them your things," said Penelope Wood, her mother, after Daisy had returned without her ribbon. "Not everyone has a heart of gold."

"They only took my ribbon," Daisy claimed. "I don't even know if I needed it, anyway."

It was clear to everyone but Daisy that she was simply too forgiving for her own good. She often sacrificed her own happiness to ensure others'.

I haven't lost much, but they seem happy, she thought, as one of her toys went missing once again.

It was 2010, and Daisy Wood was getting ready to go to her first ever world cup. Well, the first she would remember, as her first was when she was only one.

"Ready, kids?" bellowed a thirty-four-year-old Oliver Wood to his two children: Thomas and Daisy Wood. "We can't be late — the Potters and the Weasleys are waiting for us!"

"You mean the Weasley-Grangers, daddy," said Daisy informingly. "I was reading a book that I found at the library, and Hermione and Ron's children have two last names! Two! I only have one!"

"Right, Daisy, already smarter than me at age five," said Oliver proudly. "But we better get going. I have amazing seats!"

The 472nd World Cup was quite a grand event. There were more people than Daisy had ever remembered seeing in her entire life. She was also quite excited to meet the Potters and the Weasley-Grangers. She had always loved making new friends, considering her closest friend was her twin brother.

"Ah, Harry, the man of the hour!" said Oliver brightly, at the sight of Harry Potter.

"What are you talking about?"

"We all know you could be professional if you wanted to be," Oliver clarified. "Same for you, Antheia."

"We learned from the best," said Antheia kindly. A thirty-year-old Antheia Lupin, whose arms were linked with her husband, Harry's, was looking happier than ever.

"Wow, I've seen you in my books!" exclaimed Daisy. Harry, Antheia, and Oliver all turned to look at her. She suddenly felt very on the spot.

"Bet they could write a book about you, Little Wood," said Antheia. "I hear you can ride a broom better than your dad."

"Not true," muttered Oliver. Antheia grinned.

"Thank you!" said Daisy brightly.

"Oh, you should meet our kids," said Harry, moving to the side so his three children were visible. "That's Lily, she's one," he pointed at a small girl who was sleeping in her stroller. A tiny head of brunette hair was visible. "That's Remus, he's three," He extended his miniature hand for Daisy to shake, which she promptly did, "and finally, that's James. He's five — turning six soon." He gestured towards a boy, slightly taller than Daisy, with a head of wild black hair. His bright green eyes looked gigantic on his still small face.
