Victims. Victims of a transitional period of morality. That is what we both certainly are."

'My name is Kurogiri. All For One's right hand man and most helpful assistant.'

The mist man's golden eyes darted around, eventually settling on three people he probably despised the most.

'I am fully aware that my origins are relatively exceptional, but after only ten minutes in this room, I had reached a conclusion.'

Kurogiri could hear low chuckles from the group. He took another look at them and noticed they were laughing like elementary school girls talking to their crush.

'I am...the most normal human being in this room,'

Kurogiri isn't much of a person, with no free will or memories. Kurogiri was created to help Shigaraki and All For One. It was all he was supposed to understand. If he's being honest, he's more like an animal than a human, and possibly nothing at all.

At times like these, he couldn't help but wonder if there was something wrong with him. Why did he feel empathy or most human emotions if he was designed not to? What was his life like before this happened? Why was he so drawn to the sky, sunsets, and clouds? He couldn't help but pause and think for a moment, his deep, rhythmic humming cutting through the eerie giggles from the other people in the room.

When he heard (Y/N) clicking her tongue, his thoughts were abruptly cut off. She held up a syringe, carefully inspecting it. She returned her focus to All For One. "How come you gave us this?"

The man smiled. "So, as you can see, this is all part of the little game in which you will both be involved. The rules are simple, whoever escapes from Meurrsault prison first wins!" He was ecstatic.

Shigaraki acknowledged with a hum and looked at his syringe. "That appears to be simple, but what does it have to do with these matters?" He moved the syringe around lightly.

Kurogiri handed him a suitcase almost robotically after All For One snapped his fingers. All For One opened it to reveal a small glass bottle containing an unknown liquid and another empty syringe.

"First, I want you two to inject that lethal poison," he said, motioning to the syringes in each of their hands. "Whoever escapes first gets the antidote."

(Y/N)'s mouth formed a 'o.' "So, if I inject this, I could die?"

All For One chuckled. "If that poison is injected into your bloodstream, you will die in thirty minutes unless you get the antidote."
