"My green youth too passed away."

"The costumes were your idea, (Y/N)," Ango says, looking a little betrayed, "and you show up in a lazy werewolf costume like that?"

(Y/N) shrugs, waving one giant wolf paw in a gesture that might be dismissive if she could actually move her fingers. "I never said you had to go all out," she replies.

Ango scowls. "You begged us for several weeks until we finally gave in to your demands. Why on earth wouldn't we assume that you were fully behind the concept?"

"Never actually said it, though! Anyway, at least you can tell that I'm supposed to be a werewolf. What are you meant to be?" She inquired. Her eyes light up. "Oh! You're a rich guy, right? Scary, scary!"

"I think he's a mortician," says Oda. He keeps fiddling with his cravat.

"I'm Dr. Jekyll," says Ango, sighing. "No one else tonight has recognized it either."

"It is pretty vague," says Oda. "Did you take it from a movie version?"

Ango shakes his head. "In retrospect, I believe that it would have been better for me to do so..."

"Have you ever read the book 'The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde', Odasaku?" (Y/N) asks while leaning her chin on one of the paws.

"I have." There is a little pause while Oda contemplates it. "Dr. Jekyll was a man who felt that he couldn't express his more socially unacceptable desires, so he devised a potion to set those desires loose without worrying that it would ruin his reputation. The alter ego that he constructed started killing individuals and growing out of his control as it did so. It was an interesting read."

"It's a classic," says (Y/N). "someone who is unable to show the actual character of who they are because of the constraints of society?...hey, Ango, is that anything like you?"

Ango sweats. The first thing that comes to his mind is the government office he'll be going back to, as well as the information that he's already passed on to Mimic.

"Not more than most people, I should think," he says, and is proud of how his voice only wavers a tiny, tiny bit.

"I can't see Ango going on a killing spree," Oda says further. "It's just not in his character. Can you?"

(Y/N) laughs. "Not Ango. You must be aware, however, that the more reserved types of people almost always harbor the most sinister motivations. You frequently hear stories about serial killers who, up until the point that they were identified, everyone claims led perfectly normal lives. Is it possible that Ango is hiding something else?"

Ango sweats even more. "That's not funny."

"(Y/N)," Oda says, mercifully coming to his rescue, "I do not believe Ango would be able to hide anything from us."
